New to PC Gaming

It’s been great for about 18 months— until it died. I tried calling iBuyPower and they were not available. So I talked to them through chat. They basically wanted our serial number and then said: watch this video, it is doesn’t fix it it’s hard drive— And hung up. The hard drive?! The computer is 18 months old!
