My son likes it. But a bit pricey for an i3 you can’t over clock and 8gb of ram.

In all honesty, only buy this if you are DESPERATE. I never really noticed until it gave me the notification that i ran out of storage(240gb), but my sata data cable doesnt work so i currently only have one source of storage which is the very small ssd. The 1TB HDD isn't being used due to what I pointed out before (sata cable doesnt work). Also forget about upgrading it, the power supply has all the cables BUILT IN so therefor you would have to buy all new cables to upgrade the power supply if you were to get a better graphics card, this also means that if any of your current cables begin to not work you will just have to order a new power supply along with cables either way.

Satisfied with the computer, but the keyboard is terrible. I’ve emailed Ibuypower twice about it and received no response. I also have tried to call several times, but can’t get through. In addition, the first desktop unit did not work and this was the replacement unit.

Love the see through display. The quality was excellent.

The computer system is good, but I didn’t get the mouse or accessory bag that it was supposed to come with. Also there was no styrofoam in the computer to protect it from damage.

My son loved it though now it won’t turn on not even a year out. We will see how their customer service and warranty hold up.

It’s okay the pc didn’t last long but worked for the time I had it

A powerful and stylish gaming setup for $600 - hard to compete with that! It's definitely a huge and worthwhile step up from the roughly $400 PC that I was considering as an alternative—one which didn't have a dedicated graphics card or the stylish peripherals. I love the colorful peripherals (colorful fans, keyboard, mouse), and of course the computer itself is great. Fast, quiet, handles multiple intensive applications at the same time with a breeze. No doubt the dedicated graphics card helps with this. The computer is pretty much plug-and-play after you get Windows 10 up to date with the usual updates and such. I really couldn't be happier. The BestBuy salesperson who helped me pick out this model in the store was very helpful in directing me to this model as the cheapest option for an actually decent gaming computer. One minor nitpick I had was with the way the computer was packaged in its box. Part of it was me being a bit careless, but once I got the computer out of its box, holding the computer between the two foam pieces it was sandwiched between in the box, the computer slid out between the two foam pieces and hit my carpeted floor with maybe a half foot drop and a bit of a clatter. Thankfully, nothing appears to have been damaged from that little drop, including the internals as far as I can tell so far. So they must have built the hardware to be sturdy! Overall, 5/5, I couldn't recommend more!

I purchased two of these for Christmas gifts for our grandchildren. The delivery was excellent arrived one day after purchased. Wrapped and put under the tree. The kids were so excited when unwrapping. They took home and the next day opened the boxes. One box had used equipment in it. Totally different from the other unit. How disappointed one child was. My son took it back and a new one will be sent out on 1/07/2021. Total disappointment

I got this PC for an early Christmas and it works like a charm! It’s very easy to set up, all i had to do was take off the plastic on the outside and inside of the case. The outer layer of plastic was very easy to rip off, just as easy as taking off the plastic that’s attached to a new phone. The inside layer you just have to get a phillips head screwdriver and take off the glass on the case and take off the inner plastic, which was pretty easy. It runs on Windows 10 so its pretty easy to set up. The only criticism i have about this PC is that Windows isn’t authorized, which leaves a watermark on your screen and prevents you from personalizing your screensaver, theme and using some windows apps. But other than that it works amazing! It’s incredibly fast and plays games very easy. It’s good for long sessions, i did online school for 4 hours, played games for 3 and also streamed on twitch, computer didn’t crash once! People may be drawn away from this PC because of the low price point but it is super worth it! If you ever need to replace a part the case comes off with the screwdriver and can probably last a while!

You get what you pay for! I will not recommend this particular pc to advanced gamers.
