Good product, bad support/care

However, my PC did not come with anything protecting the inside components, and wouldn't turn on after I followed through the directions and watched the YouTube tutorial. I tried to contact support on what to do, and their only advice was to return the machine. I was able to get it to work by randomly finagling with the wires, but the same exact thing happened to my friend who got the same PC and I had to finagle their wires too! Theirs's also came with nothing protecting the inside of the PC, despite the instructions saying there should be something, and the YouTube video showing how to remove the protective packaging. Also, there's a scratch on the inside of the glass case. ): As the PC was sold out after Black Friday, once again, no option to replace so I'll have to live with the scratch until I figure out how to remedy it.. hopefully that's not buying a new sliding door. The colors are very pretty, but the scratch is about the width of a fingernail and I notice it every time I look at the PC. The PC also came with a CD disc but has no CD drive lol (it doesn't really bother me, just made me go huh?), and it runs a little louder than I anticipated but it's okay. The included keyboard and mouse work great as well, both are wired and light up. Can't figure out how to change the colors, but oh well. The keyboard is very "clicky" if you're into that. Overall, I enjoy the quality of the PC, it runs games and casual work great, but the way it came to me and the lack of support is upsetting.

A great piece of technology...

I decided to start the search online and I found the perfect gaming computer for her at Best Buy. I did bought it 4 days ago and received it today so she's one happy camper. Thanks IBuyPower for an excellent product.
