I was just getting into PC gaming and this set up was just perfect to starting off.

The product is great, but the company will not answer their phones to save a life! They did not provide an OS disk with this PC. If the SSD fails, I have no way of reinstalling. I will have to use a cloning software to prevent myself from being down for too long. Also, the product key for windows is stored in the bios. So even if i downloaded the media from the windows site, it will do no good without the software key.... pretty disappointing.

I'm new to pc but this had made it easy and comfortable to set up

Great performance for the price!! Everything was packed well and was no problem getting it set up.

Bought this for my teenage son for Christmas, He was able to set it up by himself and loves it. So far it has worked out perfectly for him. He wanted to add a second monitor, so we did need to purchase one extra cord, but it was dual monitor compatible, so that was nice.

Excellent help at the store in Meriden ct. The gentleman in electronics department help me find exactly what I would need for my nine-year-old grandson. I’ve always had very good things to say about this store. I hope the shop again here soon. Thanks again Harvey Card

DVI - not working. Impossible to put the cable into the DVI connector. No wholes on the left side of the DVI port! Very cheap materials. Worth thing - impossible to connect with IBUYPOWER Company if you have no warranty with Best Buy... If you want to buy it - thinking twice!

I bought this for my daughter to upgrade her old ibuyPower PC. This version has better everything. CPU, Graphics card and style. I love how these computers are all ready to go. Nothing to install and plenty of space to upgrade. Got it on sale, so it was a good bargain.

It’s a pretty good starter PC. Got it for my nephew, I use it sometimes. We mostly play Sims 4 and Fortnite. Works great for those. Had to exchange it a few times because one kept glitching and randomly shutting off. The next one had a different keyboard than pictured so that was a little misleading. I contacted customer support about it over a month ago and they refuse to get back to me about it. Would rate 3.5 stars.

Grandson loves it. Easy to set up and get playing. Abke to add accessories with no problems.

My son purchased additional GB. He loves this system and said that it runs pretty fast.

Bought for my daughter and she loves how easy-to-use it is. Price is right for the unit.

Just received my new machine yesterday, and I'm over the moon with it so far. It blows my mind that you can get these kinds of specs for such a low price. Given what iBuyPower offers, it makes less and less sense to build a gaming PC from scratch these days.

It is a good product and has nothing wrong with it, but if you are going to play games in VR, get a model with a more powerful graphic card, more RAM, and i7 core because this one won’t do the trick. Still it’s a good machine. I exchanged it for the model above. Very happy with how well those computers are built. Strong.

Amazing pc set up for a starter or beginning pc! Love it and runs smooth!

In this price best PC on the market. Couple cons no HDMI cord, no CD drive, min RAM, and the keyboard they provide is not the same as the picture shown(still a gaming keyboard though). Pros more vent than a normal pc, easy to clean case, and RGB effect.

Decent starter PC can run most games at a high frame rate. Not a higher-end pc.
