This product is great. The only issue is the keyboard can be hard to press down on the keys while typing but that’s nothing major, still love it!

My grandson loves it, just not enough memory, i will have to buy more, the store rep assured me that there was plenty but not.

Found this PC through a recommendation from a friend. This PC has run great for all of my games and startup time is lightning fast. Highly recommend

My pc came a little bit early and it was packaged very well, the pick up was simple and easy, would definitely buy again and recommend to others.

Love this computer and the ability it allows it to be customizable. I really wish it came already with USB-C though. Overall great machine!

We bought this computer for my kids. It is used for gaming and school work. The hard drive failed within the first 8 months of use. It was covered under the warranty, but it was a hassle to get to someone, then I had to pay the shipping to send them the part that went bad. I feel like that should have been covered as well, since it was a warranty issue. It was very slow going back and forth with the company, but they did eventually send a new part, after I paid for it, with the promise of them refunding it when the bad part came back in. I haven't heard from them since I sent the old part in, but the computer is back to working just fine.

I purchased this as a Christmas present for my daughter and ended up giving it to her early. She absolutely loves it! I would definitely recommend.

Great PC. So easy to upgrade components - if you want to. Out of the box it's great! My son uses it for gaming and it's just what he wanted.

So far this computer has been a great addition to my gaming set up. Nothing fancy but it does the work you expect it to do and it does it well.

Awesome computer. Good case and built quality. Currently upgrading. First thing I recommend is to upgrade the single stick of ram. It is not enough for modern games. The only other complaint is the SW for the RGB is too simple. Minor gripe.

This pc is looking great and working good for the money . The main board is Gigabit with Msi graphic card. Overall I like this PC.

i bought this computer as a little treat for myself, when i first got it, it was very east and simple to set up, it would be a 5 star but it brings only 8gb of ram, so i just bought more of it. 10/10 i diffidently recommend it
