Worst product ever. Crappy parts, and less storage than promised. Do not waste your time, energy, and precious money. I will be trying to return this tomorrow. Wish me luck. I will HOPEFULLY be able to get my money back to buy something that isn't COMPLETE garbage. Crappy parts for a Premium Price. I am very disappointed.

The only way to get a new one without calling manufacturer was to do whole item return and then there was no idea when we could get a new one. Seems awful that we have a week old product and have to buy components to make it work. It was a Christmas gift for our son that arrived a week late then we are supposed to tell him that we could return it but could give no timeline for a new product unless we upgraded and spent even more money. Not very pleased with the experience

Then it started displaying an error code several months ago and can't be used. This is shocking to me being that my son hasn't even had the computer two years. I did not purchase an additional warranty - didn't think I had to being that it was purchased brand-new. The "warranty" that comes with it was only good for a year. Unfortunately, he'll have to get a new computer.

Lemon or Perhaps Just Barely Passable as a Desktop

No CD/DVD rom drive. Not accessible in back or front so I had to get an external one. 240GB hard drive is a joke. It should have two single TB's or two x 2 TB drives. Its OS and CPU are rather quick hence why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. It has less USB ports than my old computer, and requires more things to be plugged in via USB. Oh, and did I mention it already started acting like a lemon? You can get a better desktop.
