Have very poor quality control because it never turn on. When returned, the associated told me it is a common problem with this brand, but works great if you are lucky to get it to turn on. Really, you pay like $900 and have to be lucky to get one that turn on???

I was showing my little brother my options for payday 2, it froze, so I reset it. Now it gets a CRTICAL PROCESS DIED ERROR. So it try’s to repair, but it wants me to log into my windows account I only have 6 different passwords and no of them work. I got to reset password and it just restarts the computer.

Powered on but did not display on monitor. I hooked up HDMI cable to both slots on the graphics card and nothing happened. Took the unit back and got the DELLG5 and hopefully I get it before Christmas. I was really dissapointed but Customer Service at Bestbuy was helpful.

Bought for my daughter for Christmas and it will not even power on. Tried to contact chat support they were extremely unhelpful asked if the power button had been pressed and it was plugged in. Tried to call for support no answer just waited on hold. This product now I cannot even exchange for another one since it is unavailable. Returning tomorrow to purchase my daughter something else
