I bought this computer exactly 1 month ago. Today, i can’t turn it on for no reason. I checked my cord, my power button, and did the paperclip test in 24 pins cord. When I put paperclip in 24 pins cord, i still hear some sound from the drive . But when i put all the cords supply back, it’s still couldn’t work. That mean my cords supply is ok and the problem is maybe from the system. Now i have to send my computer back to manufacture and pay for shipping. Best Buy only accept for return in 20days. If 30 days, i can return this back :((. I am waiting forcomputer get fix but i afraid it’s gonna happen again . Wish me luck

Worked good for maybe 5-7 months then starting failing for a beginner pc and something you just want to play mild games on and look up stuff it’s ok but in the long run it’s not so great but pretty decent

Very easy to setup and comes with all the essentials you need to use it. The only thing I would recommend is purchasing more ram so you can maximize your experience.

Keyboard and mouse are not very good, have to order a different kind online from a different vendor, the price of the item is too high compared to the performance of the items in this box.

When I got it it came with no protection on the inside of the case and it did not boot up it said there is something wrong with it and I need to repair it overall was not worth it

When it arrived and we hooked it up to the monitor it turned on, but no video. After trying all the connections we start to look inside and the graphics card in not in the slot completely and not locked down. Once we put it in and locked it into place the video worked. I wish we would have taken it back then.. Now the unit keeps shutting off! In less than 1 month of use... Two major issues. These are not well built (or assembled) computers.. And Bestbuy says that they will not take it back. Only 60 days since purchase.

It was a really good pc for a few months. All of a sudden it doesn’t work and windows somehow got erased.

It’s been less than a year and it’s not working properly. It was my sons Christmas gift and it won’t go to the next screen

This listing has two crucial errors. I wished I bought something else based on the CPU speed. 1 - It's a Six-Core, not an Eight-core that the Overall Description says. It does say 6 core in Specs. 2 - Its CPU base is 2.9GHz not 3.1 GHz as mentioned in the Specs. the Computer is nice to look at but BB's attitude was either to return it or keep it as is.

Horrible!!! I bought this for my son for Christmas come January it stopped turning on, brought it back and received a new one since I had warranty, new one comes works a few weeks and stops connecting!! I had to return for refund!! Worse part it was my sons Christmas gift and now its gone smh getting him a new one different brand!! Will never buy from this company again will tell everyone I know not to also!!

We are not pleased with this purchase. Within less than a month it completely stopped worked. So we have to put more money into it. It never had a good WiFi connection. I won’t buy this brand again.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son. It stopped working after 6 days. ibuypower customer service was zero help. I am returning this to the store and have a very unhappy kid at home.

Great computer for the price! Bought this to run games and stream and it works perfectly. Plus side is that it comes with the keyboard and mouse so you can have the whole deal. If you already have a keyboard and a mouse these are great back ups to have. Set up is super easy as well. Just plug it in and go!

Could have been better, used the most basic parts but charged a premium price. Would not reccommend it.

Purchased for my son for Christmas and it seems to be defective. The PC has been stuck in an error loop since we opened it. Tech support has been unavailable and I have a disappointed 11 year old boy.

Had it for not even a year and the PSU went out and blew out the motherboard. Took it to a computer repair service. They said that best buy and IBUYPOWER had sold me an outdated computer and that all the parts were almost bad anyways. Thanks a lot, Now I'm down 849 dollars and no computer.

My son got for Chrismas last year, only used a handful of times. Minecraft is the only application he downloaded using steam, nothing else. Tried to turn it on today and its no longer working! Less than 1 year of use. Paid over 600! Do not buy. Google power issues first and beware before you buy.

Computer does not come with good instructions for set up and installation. Tried setting it up for hours to no avail. Stuck without a working computer for 3 days. Not recommended.

Looked cool but did not power on. Tried calling customer service numbers provided with pc but phone numbers didn’t work. Picked up and returned to Best Buy the same day. Ended up having to order a different on that will take 2 weeks to arrive. Very disappointed as this was a gift for my 10 year old daughter.

Go with an nzxt bld instead I don’t really trust the parts in here.
