Of shutdown every 30mn to an hour playing game Need to return it Ibuypower said that it might be physical defect

Lasted me all the way to 11/24/2024! i upgraded along the way little by little and now i can say this has the power to do it all!

The PC went out without a reason and then won’t even start.

Awful. Worked for less than half a day before it died.

Computer was ok, but the mother board died within 6 months.

This PC is amazing. It was easy to setup and is very fast. It already comes with a keyboard and mouse so you don't need to buy either. It is very quiet and doesn't make noise. Also the lights in the pc look amazing. It is very good for school, gaming, and work.

Had purchased 2 of these systems (one for myself, one for my wife) for $729, which wasn't too bad of a deal. The very next day it went on sale for $150 less each. After having to jump through hoops through customer service text support, then calling them, and finally having to go all the way back to the store, we got the $150 refunded for each machine. best Buy policies are a bit restricting to the employees that deal with customers, as the policy they told us was that they could only refund for 1 of the 2 PC's we purchased. We were completely prepared to get a refund on one of them and just return the other. Luckily, Shamika at the Best Buy we purchased the PC at was able to correct everything for us. Anyhow, as far as the machine goes, it only comes with 8gigs of RAM, which for an entry level gaming PC, isn't the best. We immediately purchased another 8Gigs for each machine off of and online website since the BestBuy we were at didn't have the memory we needed in any capacity, as well as none even out in the locked case due to 'extreme theft' according to one of the workers we asked. Then, I swapped my GTX1070 into the PC to replace the GTX1650 card it came with. This caused issues with random complete power off/on of the unit with no warning. After researching a bit, I found that it only comes with a 400 watt power supply which is fine for a 1650 card, but the minimum for a 1070 is 450 watts. Back to online shopping I went and purchased (2) 650 watt supplies. Once they came I swapped out the old supply for the new (which the new supplies were better looking overall for both what you can see and what you can't. It was a slight struggle to figure out exactly how to get at the supply to be able to remove it. Due to the case being so 'clean' in appearance internally, the opposite side of the case needs to be removed to access everything. When I got in there, I was able to see the mount points for the SSD and HDD. It's a nice design as to where they mount. The fans have RGB LEDs that you can control through software on the PC. Not of much interest to me, but it's an extra feature that some may like. The motherboard they came with were Gigabyte brand which surprised me. It was said that the motherboard manufacturers can vary, so I was pleased in finding what we received with ours. The SSD and HDD drives they came with are more 'middle of the road' which is to be expected with the price of the units. Overall, I would have preferred at least a 450 watt supply, but due to the price of the unit, It seems they pieced it together with 'minimums' in mind. So, if you are looking for extreme 'entry level' gaming, this will 100% cover that description. If you are looking to add additional items or better graphics, definitely do your research and make sure you have enough power available. Pros: Good motherboard for the price, very clean case inside and out. Decent price normally, but great price when it went on sale! Cons: low end, low wattage power supply. more bare minimum than anything. only 8 gigs of RAM, but the price sort of explains why so low. NVMe slot is excellent, but you have to work hard at making that slot become a bootable drive in the motherboard BIOS after you purchase and install the proper drive.

This pc is very cool. Its runs very good and its worth the price. It has a sleek design and with the lights, it looks even better. The mouse and keyboard it comes with are very good too. Would 10/10 recommend.

This computer superfast and completely upgradeable. It's very quiet and sleek. I love that the outer shell is tempered glass. I've had gaming computers before (cyberpower) and ibuypower is much better

I'm really happy with this computer. Easy to set up and work with, no real hassle with set up. Very powerful and works fast, and all at a lower cost than most other gaming computers.

I love the PC itself, it works well and I like that you can customize the colors with an extension already added to the pc. It was really easy to setup, my only tip is to make sure you connect the HDMI from a monitor to the motherboard area of the pc. It worried me when I used the other HDMI and it wasn’t working, but it all ended well after I figured out that detail. It’s a good pc for it’s price, just upgrade the ram. My only complaint it the keyboard. Make sure to get a separate keyboard because the keyboard is difficult to use. The keys all work and I like the extra features like multi-media buttons, but the keys are difficult to push down. I don’t know if I got a faulty one, but regardless it’s a freebee keyboard so it’s to be expected. Just get a new keyboard and upgrade your ram and your set!

This is a pretty great computer for its price. Setting it up was super simple and it looks nice. And it can run many games flawlessly. Definitely would recommend buying.

Amazing product for the price. Runs perfect I use it for school and gaming and it handles both very well. The pc is quiet and looks extremely beautiful.

Very great starting pc. My mom bought this for me and so far it has been running amazing. If you are looking into getting this as your pc I recommend getting at least 16gb of ram. The pc Is also fairly quiet. Haven’t had any problems yet and I hope I don’t.

It is way better than I expected for $800, most of the games I play average 170-200fps and temps are always normal. Awesome design too.

Excellent purchase, I brought this in 2020 and it still works

i bought this computer in 2020 for my teenage son that just started gaming and here it is 11/2023 and it’s still standing strong!! we have not had one issue out of this computer!! if we wanted to add something to the computer like a part it’s so easy to find!! he wants a upgrade this year for xmas so i am looking at the same kind just better graphic!!! hands down a great starter computer!!!

So far, I love it. It's very quiet and was easy to put together. Definitely going to upgrade the RAM though. Very happy!

Just got this PC its not bad for the price it runs fast and can handle the games that I have tried like apex and valorant. I would say thing only bad thing so far is the keyboard, the key are very stiff and it makes it a little difficult to type at a fast pace. Other then that its solid for gaming and for daily use. Also it is very quite even with the fans, my PS4 is a jet compared to this PC.

I was looking for something good enough to stream and play my games at the same time without breaking the bank. I don't stream FPS games but rocket league and fortnite and some indie games it handles with ease. running spotify my OBS and a game at the same time even with 8gb ram was a breeze. only upgrade i really did was 16gb ram and have no plans to upgrade for awhile.
