I’m new to pc gaming and got this to play some games and an surprised with how good it performs, I got around 144fps with all high setting in most games.

I bought this PC and had it ordered around a month ago, and at first, it was really good. To begin, the specs of the PC itself are not bad. 4gb GTX 1650 card, 8 gb RAM by default, and up to 16 or 32 gb of ram (or more, if you can afford to add it), and a I3/I5 4 core processor. These are all things which can be good in their ability to run most games and programs well. Plus, having a SSD is really helpful. Although, maybe around 2-3 weeks later, I start having issues. The GPU starting bugging out and giving me Code 43 driver errors. I spent a good 2 days trying to figure out the source of the issue. Reinstalled drivers twice, reseated the graphics card twice, ran memory issue diagnostics, and a numerous amount of other solutions, all of which had little effect, and I still get random PC crashes/code 43 errors. (My last one was around 2 hours prior to writing this review.) While this may not be a problem for everyone who buys this such product, I heavily advise you to be cautious, and to send the PC for repair as soon as problems arise that you cannot figure how to fix. You do not want to be in a situation where the PC is beyond the point of the 30 day return or the ability to repair under warranty, because it was voided for something you did prior to sending for repair. I also would like to warn about some issues regarding iBUYPOWER, and some parts of the company. My first red flag was with how the PC came to me. Specifically, how the graphics card was not properly secured and just simply placed on top of the motherboard without any padding or mechanism to prevent damage. I find that this issue should be brought up due to the fact that such things should not happen, and I doubt such issues will be placed on the company responsible for transportation of the product (UPS, fedEX, etc) because they are not the ones to deal with how individual parts of the PC are placed or delivered, only the entire product. Another red flag I have noticed is the atrociously long customer support wait times. I have experienced this issue maybe 2-3 times now, and have noticed of other people's experiences with iBUYPOWER's customer support and attempts to return, or repair their items. You can search on their subreddit or online elsewhere, but there is no shortage of bad experiences of damaged or faulty parts, long support wait times, and poor customer service experiences. TL:DR, The PC is good, but be careful of the company you are buying it from, and ensure you know exactly what you are getting, and what you are able to do should something go wrong.

FANTASTIC COMPUTER!! Very fast, easy set up and this computer is lightning fast! Works great with Oculus Rift...overall, incredibly happy with this purchase!!

Bought this computer last Thursday and it has been incredible games run extremely well at great fps and I believe that this pc is definitely worth the price.

PC came in very good condition and the RGB lighting is very nice. Fast loading, and great gaming performance. Overall 10/10 system, very good for the price.

Just bought today and meets all my requirements. I did go ahead and upgrade to 16gb ram. I cant wait to check out everything but so far worth the money!!!!!

This pc was easy to set up/start up, easy to unbox and is overall working good. Its pretty fast and is really good for a starter pc and would recommend.

Great look, speed and power. This was a great deal for my daughters first gaming machine. It was easy to set up and get started right out of the box.

pretty good pc for the price on fortnite on competitive settings you can run 150 fps and on low almost 300 it is a good pc for the budget

For the price and what the computer is able to do. I would consider this to be a great start going into the gaming computer world.

This computer is great! The fans are a really nice touch and for the price you pay, you are getting a lot out of it. The only thing is, if you plan on using the PC over wifi and not connected to an ethernet cable, you will need to buy a wifi card because the one that comes with it is very bad.

Excellent gaming pc. Theres no other words to describe it. it is easy to clean. good for 4k 60fps gaming really nice service.

Bought for gaming but couldn't handle games with higher graphics even with lowest settings.

My son loves his PC. He is on it every chance he gets. Great graphics, fast speed, great product for beginning gamers.

Good pc for the price, I have had it blue screen on me once though. It was due to ram but that is easily upgradable.

I purchased as a first time PC build, nervous after hearing the typical stereotype of prebuilt PCs and if they're actually worth the money spent and I have to say the performance keeps up with my friends $3000 custom built pc. I am definitely satisfied with the products performance, only downside was that I couldn't find any instructions on the mouse dpi settings. Other than that I would definitely recommend the build to anyone looking for a jumpstart in the pc gaming world.

this pc is great amazing actually I recommend it a lot I have no problems i run most if not all games at 240 fps
