Poor Lighting
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It starts up fast and will run new games OK. The lighting only worked for the first 2 days. Customer service had me try uninstalling reinstalling etc., nothing worked and ultimately blamed RGB and said its just "aesthetics" and doesn't affect the performance so its not worth sending in the PC to fix it. They grudgingly agreed, however, that it cold be sent in for repair. It takes an entire day to set up a new PC and switch things over. I don't have the time to pack it back up and switch back to the old PC so I'm stuck without the lighting effects. This is aesthetic but also such a simple addition, it shouldn't be that hard to get it right.

Great PC, but the keyboard is not so good

I highly recommend buying some ram for it. I have 2x8gb ram from OLOy on the way. I also would recommend buying a different keyboard, but the mouse is fantastic.

So overall I recommend this pc if u have a budget around this
