Everything seemed ok on first boot up/use except it would not register Windows 10. I was able to go in and find the key to re-enter it but still a pain for my daughter who was trying to set this up on her own. Not a fan of the keyboard, keys are terrible and feels cheap. Guess that will be the first upgrade we make to this new purchase. Waiting to see how it holds up as the Cyberpower died on us after 13 days. Fingers crossed!
