Easy set up! Love the lights super fast! Love the key board & mouse!

Easy set up! Fast. Great for games. Bought for a teenager. Very happy.

My son received this for Christmas. It plays all of his games at good speeds. He also uses it for online schooling and it also excels at that. He saved some money and is upgrading the ram from 8 gigs to 32 gigs so it will be even faster. The lights on this computer (RGB) are also very cool. The mouse Nd keyboard are adequate and we have not needed to upgrade them.

Extremely satisfied with this product! It does everything I wanted it to and than some! Been using for about a month now and absolutely no problems to report! I game on it daily and I’m able to work on school work, runs fast and it’s silent when running. 100% recommend to anyone looking for something not too crazy in price and performs great!

Debated on whether to build or buy my son's first gaming system. Glad I went with the pre-built iBuyPower system from Best Buy. It's a budget based system but it leaves plenty of room for upgrades. Easy setup and it's been running like a champ! Purchasing from Best Buy was great. I feel I got a good deal and curbside pickup was awesome!

Easy to set up as long as you follow the directions. Seemed overwhelming at first (this is my first gaming computer) but ended up being fairly easy. Has worked great, graphics look amazing on games I've played so far. The keyboard, I've had some issues with, The keys are hard to press and felt cumbersome. The mouse is great though.

Setting up my computer was easy. There was nothing for me to do but to plug in the HDMI from my monitor, connect the power cord to the back, plug it into the wall, plug in the USB keyboard and mouse, and push in the button and everything came on. The fans with LEDs lid up beautifully. I wish I could have it on my desk and not under it. It was also really easy to add a hard drive. I removed the glass panels, I removed the other side of the tower, two twist-off bolts and they were off. There are two bolts that attach the bay to the case and the bay came off. That makes it easy to bolt the hard drive to the bay because I was able to place it on my desk. Once attached, I rebolted the bay back onto the case --- and there are a lot of SATA, and power cords available for you to add even more drives. I plugged it in, stood the case back up, reconnected the power cord, turned it on and that was it. The drive was visible in my file explorer. Just click on "This PC", and there it was.

Excellent pre-built gaming PC perfect for beginners. I was a little skeptical upon ordering. But after we got it set up-which was super quick & easy. I was quite impressed definitely good bang for your buck. Thank you Best Buy for giving us the best Cust service as always.

We bought this for our son for Christmas. He absolutely loves it! It was very easy to set up and is a great gaming pc. He likes it so much better than gaming on his console. He plays GTA, Valorant and Apex Legends with no lag at all. I would highly recommend this pc!

About 2 weeks in. So far so good PC is slightly “louder” than I would like, but it’s not too noticeable. If you have any music or game playing, you will not notice it. Will only notice in complete silence, which is expected. Doesn’t heat up at all. Great graphics , very fast. Definitely great value so far for what I’m getting . Ran fornite and was getting 100-200 FPS depending on the settings I chose.

This computer is amazing and super quiet! I was surprised with how many fans it has and how quiet it is! I love the color changes as well. Boot up speed is very quick and so easy to set up! It runs smoothly and is really great for a pre built right out of the box!

Performed perfectly for most games on my Steam library, I've gotten 120 FPS on them. This desktop works way better compared to my laptop which had an i-3 inside. Been wanting a GPU for a while; while some may come in with a different brand, mines had an MSI. 5 stars!

So far so good with this gaming Pc, its a good starter i personally didn't know a lot about Pc gaming and got this one to start out and i can play most games depending what settings im using, and haven't had any major issues and the lights and keyboard and mouse are pretty awesome so far! I'd say if you got the budget try this one out, only thing you might also wanna get in the future is some more Ram!

Can't beat this performance for this price anywhere. Swapped out the 400 watt power supply and gtx 1650 for my 600 watt power supply and gtx 1660 ti and i have a gaming monster at 1080P. I was really hesitant to buy a prebuild, but was very please when i opened up the case, Ibuypower did an excellent job. Cable were routed properly, EVERYTHING worked out of the box!! Woo Hoo! I could not buy this machine and build it for the price on sale. Great Deal!!

Purchased the prebuilt gaming setup in November. This is a great computer, I use it for gaming and work. The setup was very straight forward and I have not experienced any downside to this purchase. This system was a great deal for the price.

this pc is such a great thing top have as a starter pc my son loves it and it runs games well we are thinking of upgrading the 8 gbs ram and putting more ram into the pc its amazing thanks best best buy and ibuypower for these pcs you sell

The actual computer so far works great. The games my daughter was unable to play on her laptop now work flawlessly. Unfortunately getting to this point had some hiccups. The computer was bought as a Christmas gift. When she opened it on Christmas day it unfortunately did not have the keyboard or the mouse. It was now out of stock online but fortunately a Best buy customer service rep was able to order another one sent to my house. This took an additional two weeks. This computer did arrive with the keyboard and mouse but did not have any quick start instructions nor did it have the foam insert inside the computer tower to protect the parts (everything seems fine with it but it is supposed to come protected as shown in the one paper it came with! And the previous computer we received had the foam insert) Although we did finally get the computer to work, without the instructions we had to look online which made it a little bit more confusing. Although most of the ports on the back of the computer are self-explanatory the HDMI port for the monitor is not the one you think it is there are some ports that actually have covers on them that you need to remove and that took us a little while to figure out. I feel like both computers we ordered may have been returns so I do hope that although this computer is working currently that it wasn't returned due to some faulty issue.

Purchased this gaming computer as a Christmas gift. We have the computer early and he has been loving this. Great computer for the price. Works great and my little brother loves it. He loves how the keyboard and mouse light up as well.

Don't really know much about computers so did a whole lot of research before buying and this was the best value and performance for what i was needing. It exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.
