I already did different troubleshooting methods and so far nothing. This is my second gaming PC I bought that’s given out in a row, and it sucks that this time it’s after the return period. I’m just gonna build my own next time. Buy at your own risk. If it works it’s great, if you’re like me though, it’s a rough time.

I had the warranty but it would have taken me 2 months-to get a new one since i would need to pay to ship it to the manufacturer and then wait for them to fix or ship me a new one just so this can happen all over again.

I bought a computer processor, gaming monitor, headset, 50" tv and a LG washing machine on Black Friday 2020. I paid for a 5 year warranty for the processor, gaming monitor and washing machine (as I buy a warranty for everything except tvs, because you can get them for next to nothing). Fast forward to the present, the computer processor isn't working. The processor was brought in to Bestbuy. Bestbuy is telling me that I have a 5 year warranty on the washing machine and the cheap TV, not the computer processor!!!! When you look at the receipt, it says warranty, not what product the warranty is for. This is Bestbuy's error not mine and I shouldn't be given the run around for it. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!
