everything works okay but fans are super noisy and loud.

It comes with a CD, yet no place to insert the CD. I just bought 2 games for it...where am I going to insert the game in this gaming PC? Very intriguing to look at. Bulky. But have yet to find CD port. So have to now pay for an external CD drive. More $$$

The keyboard’s keys were falling off upon opening of the box. The computer works on some days and troubleshooting is necessary too often for a new computer

Very disappointed with this item. My son bought this with his own money that he saved up for years and not a month went by and the keyboard is now failing. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not work. I paid for a 1 year warranty but its pointless. They wanted me to take back the entire equipment back to them which they would have to ship out and my son would not get it back for at least a month. All over a keyboard. Of course he does not want to be without a computer for a month. Now he has to buy a new keyboard.

The product worked great at first, unfortunatly 2 of the fans started to malfuntion, very unlucky since i loved the product.

I really have tried my hardest after a great extent of trying to reach the manufacturer’s product due to defective product issues I really tried to give this company a chance because I already had setup this pc for my preference on the first day. I regret not returning this product sooner because I called customer service and they told me I only had a 14 day window now I’m stuck with this faulty pc that doesn’t work for gaming nor did I receive all the items that should’ve been in the package.

This was purchased as a gift for my nephew to meet his coding and gaming desires. It did everything he needed it to do and was a solid machine until it wasn't. The power unit went out in it and did some damage to other components on its way out. Best Buy extended warranty covered the damage.

Defective product. Customer service did not do anything in return for inconvenience except to reorder the same product.

This is my first PC and I'm so excited and happy with it. It was super easy to set up, looks amazing and is so quiet and fast. It's such a great PC for the price and easy to upgrade when needed. I highly recommend it!

This computer is terrible, after 2 hrs of my sons opening his present and putting it together he got the Blue Screen of death. With the price we paid it is not worth a penny.

2nd one...one of the usb didn't work. Brought it to Geek Squad. They updated the driver, installed and uninstalled the driver. Then the graphics card went out. On the 3rd one now. Crossing fingers. Big TIP..buy the extended warranty!

Don’t buy unless you plan to upgrade immediately after making the purchase. All the parts are crap. They barely run any of the major games out currently. I would not suggest this to anyone. Complete waste of money.

Do not waste your money on this product. Purchased this for my son, and he’s had it maybe 4 months and now it won’t turn on at all. Tried many different outlets in the house and nothing. Wasted 800$!!

Have had this for 3 years and still going strong, very quite, and fast. Plays all the game I play and the kids play.

I just wanna start off with, thank you. In 2020 i was 14 just getting my first ever pc that i alwasy dreamed of and it was all because of my lovely grandmother, she went out of her way and bought me everything i needed for a setup with her daughters death insurance money and i was so stupid and didn’t appreciate what i really had & was forced to watch it all get taken away with no way of getting it back, i am now 18 and sadly that had to come to an end in 2022 because of a thief, i never saw it coming not even from a mile away and wouldn’t imagine the person behind the crime, i still to this day dream about getting my real dream pc with my dream setup to become a content creator, i really just wanna say thank for the opportunity and i hope to get another chance, sincerely makai.

been 4 years since I have owned this pc and is still working fantastic! made some minor upgrades here and there throughout the years but still a great starter pc

This pc was my first pc I have owned. It was a very easy setup for someone like me who is a beginner. The pc first off looks great and it performs great too. For the price this is a very good starter pc. Plus it looks awesome!
