Purchased for my daughter, first gaming pc. Easy setup- fast -running smooth. Great memory capacity and within budget!

I am not really a gamer but needed to replace my main PC with something fast and ready to go for video editing and other everyday computing. The storage is a bit light for me (512 SSD and 1TB SATA) but no complaints at this price. I replaced the included 1TB SATA WD Blue with a 4TB of the same brand. The case is nice and it is easy to work inside this machine. This is my first experience with iBuyPower and so far things are running fast and stable, very happy.

I was really excited when it came into the mail, everything is great! It runs smoothly and it wasn't hard to set up.

Grear started rig and offers a great experience for gamers getting started. It's not quite strong enough to be streaming and gaming on right out the box for high end results. with some tweaking and a few add-ons it can though, they definitely made the vase design with expansion in mind and provided enough room for a larger motherboard and larger cooling options like the corsair h100 series. -Dead by daylight: 200+ fps ultra settings -Fortnite: 200+fps ultra settings -COD warzone: 165fps high settings(nvidia latency assist on) -cyberpunk 2077: 55 to 65 fps high settings. Game still lacks optimization and development issues

My first gaming PC and it was super easy to set up and start gaming. Fast and awesome is all I have to say.

Awesome PC for gaming and video. I shopped for awhile before I settled on this one - it's a great choice. Mostly needed for games, photo editing, and streaming videos. Ordered online and was ready earlier than expected. Pick up was easy, and PC worked perfectly out of box. (Just make sure all cables are seated properly!) Fast and able to download and play games on Steam right away. :D The LED lights are an unnecessary fun piece that I am loving.

Great desktop for a great price. Also comes with a mouse and keyboard. Easy to set up and quiet when gaming.

Everything seems great so far, but I wish there had been more instructions and start-up assistance. I spent an afternoon being afraid that I would break something. I did find an official iBUYPOWER video on YouTube with general start-up instructions, but a link to this video was not included in any sort of packaging or manual that came with my computer, it was only because of a fellow customer's review that I found it. Also, the packaging was severely dented and bruised when I picked it up. The computer itself seems perfectly fine, but not a good look for Best Buy specifically in my opinion.

I would buy this pc again. Overall the speed and processing are amazing. The pc shipped in a timely manner. Do not try to get these pcs in store as the availability in store can change extremely fast. It is nice that it comes with a keyboard and mouse. Side note: it does not come with speakers or a sound board- must be bought separately. Another heads up: you must have your monitor turned on in order for the pc to let you power it on.

Its not a bad machine for use as a gaming computer its not perfect or amazing but it does what its supposed to do most of the time...

3.5, if I'm being honest. So this machine is a beast. The hardware is accurate, and will play any game you throw at it above 60fps at max settings easily. I am rating this a 3.5 because of two things; one, I have built my own PC's since I was 11. It's not difficult at all. This PC was the first one I have ever bought pre-built, and upon arrival both of my RAM Sticks were loose inside the case. I literally have a capacitor on the motherboard that is bent at a 50 degree angle because of this. One was even stuck inside a large, riveted metal box encasing the bottom of the computer where the power supply unit is. This 'box' is not only utterly pointless, but also caused a huge issue in (quite literally) vigorously shaking my RAM out of the small access hole with my PC upside down. I couldn't imagine if I was a user who didn't know anything about computers, and this were to happen. The RAM was not properly secured to the motherboard, let alone any proper pre-built packaging being present prior to shipping. The second factor for my rating is that regardless of my efforts port forwarding on my router and downloading apps onto my mobile device, I can not get the RGB lights on the fans to work. Though this is a cosmetic issue, after further research, I've found that this multi-million dollar company has done nothing over the last two years to fix this issue. The software is quite literally so obsolete that no matter what you do, you'll always struggle to get this working, and they'll probably never fix it. Regardless, after installing my own LED's in the computer, it runs and works awesome, even with the bent capacitor. Overall, if I had to speak to whoever is in charge of this fiasco, I'd give a big fat insult as they have no idea what they're doing, regardless of the nice hardware that comes with it.

Just bought iBUYPOWER- Trace MR Gaming Desktop to replace a HP Omen Gaming Desktop that didn't last more that 15 months and just died. I've had older IBuyPower desktop that lasted 3 years and still runs like new never trying other brands again Thanks iBUYPower for your quality builds. Now I have two ibuypower desktops time to Game and Stream :-) Also Used my BestBuy Card No interest for 12 months. Better get one!
