The computer was in good working condition. The expected inside foam protector was not present so I can only assume the product was checked by the BB staff. There were no loose cables or any other troubleshooting necessities. The PC was able to be easily set up and handled gaming effectively without any noticeable lag. All the parameters out-of-the-box seemed optimal.

I am going to write a review I feel after using this for about 3 days now. This is a computer that comes all assembled. So the installation was very simple. When I tried to install Windows 10, the error message was repeated a few times, but I was able to find a solution on Google. It's been running fine so far. I couldn't test all of its performance because I didn't install other programs. However, since it runs fine so far without any problems, I expect this to be very satisfying for me in the future.

Great computer lousy key board. This computer is fast and runs cool. I am not much of a gamer but my grand daughter loves playing on it. I had to do some research to find the program I needed to download to control the led's. The only con is the keyboard. All of the keys stick and you have to hit the enter key just right for it to work. If it wasn't for the keyboard I would have given it 5 stars.

This was my first time buying a Desktop and i was skeptical as i always had laptops. All i can say is that im pleased with this device. I have yet to have any issues with it and it plays all of my games with no issues at all and high FPS. Also great of everything other than gaming as well which is great. An all around great purchase

Bought this computer for my son for Christmas so he can play Fortnite and whatever else he is doing in his room all day. So far, no complaints. Set up was easy once we re-read the directions about where to plug the monitor in! (the lower hole, not the upper one). Very happy with this purchase and even happier that I caught it on a Black Friday sale!

The CPU is Visually stunning with it’s bright and multi colored led lights that are configurable to fit your personal taste. The boot speeds are incredible and knock every other PC out of the water. The computing speeds and graphics are out of this world. I would definitely recommend this computer to anyone that is a gamer or graphics artist.

This is the first gaming desktop I have ever had, and so far it runs so smoothly and works great for my gaming needs. At first I was afraid of it because it did not come with a screen, but I was able to connect it to my flat screen with no problem and it works great.

This is a great starter pc it works really well with several games and is able of doing several tasks at the same time like watching videos and playing videogames at the same time. The keyboard i got is not the same as the one I got as shown in the image and the keys are kind of bad, I would recommend getting you own keyboard when purchasing this. also recently a fan stopped working I am contacting their tech support and they'll surely help me with my issue.
