This was a replacement for another that didn't work. This seems to be ok.

Very Sleek Design. Wireless Keyboard and a mouse would be a plus though

Possibly the worst customer experience I’ve had to date. I will never buy from this brand again. You ruined a well planned birthday for my son. I was sent two faulty products, the first PC would not connect to the monitor, the 2nd came with a different keyboard that were missing keys!!! Talk about a horrible quality assurance team, if it even exists to begin with. I made several attempts to contact ibuypower for assistance and was placed on hold for almost 2hrs and had to give up. I called several times and couldn’t get a hold of anyone even after being told I was second in cue LOL. Long story short I returned both garbage PCs at the nearest Best Buy store and purchased a Cyberpower PC and everything worked without any issues to include great customer service. A little advice to the folks at ibuypower, overhaul your customer service or wither away in this ultra competitive gaming market.

Had this computer since January, yesterday it says a error message saying "over current hae been detected on your USB device!! System will shut down after 15 sec to protect your mainboard!!" Waiting on tech now to help with problem. Otherwise this has worked flawlessly.

Stay away! This computer is horrible I have had it less than a week and it is already stuck on the BIOS screen. Basically, the motherboard is jacked. I am going to have to take it in tomorrow and hopefully get it fixed. I guess this is what I deserve for getting a prebuilt PC.

Work great! Needs a better key board! They keys get stuck!

Very disappointed, purchased this for my son for Christmas he loved it for the first two days after that computer started blue screening, took it back to Bestbuy and turns out the ssd went out, now my son has to wait 3 weeks to get a new one because its out of stock.

The reason for 1 star is I purchased this cpu and someone had already owned it it was already out together no stickers , nothing that the instructions said to do, because someone had already done it , I received a refurbished one I guess. So I was like whatever . Then I came from out of town about 1 month later and decided to play Warzone and I guess someone had used cheat codes on this CPU so right away my account (Xbox ) for Warzone got banned. Did research and yup someone that had owned this cpu had messed it up , probably sent it back to manufacture and they sent it as “new” or maybe could’ve been ok Best Buy side that did that. Anyways I don’t recommend.

Where do I start, you can't control the rgb. It says no asrock usb led header. I've tried everything nothing works. The cpu fan is a joke and not even remotely adequate. Cpu was 98* upon checking temps. I don't know if my mobo is bad or not. I tried calling for cust service yep Goodluck w that one. Can't control the 4 fans in the case at all. Oh yeah its great NOT. If everything wasn't so hard to get this would be going back period.
