It's okay but the mouse and keyboard are terrible. Running games with the 500w PSU and 1660Ti is kind of unrealistic if you're playing any AAA game.

This is the 3rd I power we have boughten as the 2nd one came out of the box broken. This computer also came out of the box not working. It will power on, but nothing will display on the monitor. I plugged in 2 different monitors and tried 3 different cords. We took this back and Best Buy wouldn’t even look at it. They said they would have to charge us to look at it. AGAIN, why do we buy Best Buy warranties if they are not going to honor them. This is the 2nd computer that has been broken and my son is still without his Christmas gift. Best Buy doesn’t care, nor have they done anything to make this right for my son without a Christmas gift. Very disappointed in i-Power and especially Best Buy.

amazing starter gaming pc and but I wish I would of been informed that I could get the same pc but with a better gpu for the same price.

Good unit but the (brains) Neo Forza SSD died Christmas day right after we turned it on. Luckily I had a spare Samsung to get the unit working for my son, it was his gift. Tried contacting iBuyPower, and as expected no response by phone or email, waited 30 mins in que on the phone. They should charge an extra 50.00 and install a quality brand name SSD. Caused me nothing but frustration on Xmas day. The SSD is a paperweight.

We need to return this. We got this for my son for Christmas and the mo it or kept saying sleep mode so we thought it was the monitor so sent it back and got a new gaming monitor. So now back where we started and come to find out it’s not the monitor it is the gaming computer. The drive is bad is what my cousin who works on computer says a lot of people are complaining about this. So we need to return this and either Best Buy fox the drive or I want my money back because I am not going to get another one and bring it home and go through the same issues now.

If you are thinking about buying- READ THIS... This is actually a review for my SECOND time buying this same computer model from ibuypower. And both times I received a computer that did not work and had to return. The first one worked for 4-5 days before no longer working. The second one did not even work straight out of the box. I would not recommend this computer to anyone. Ibuypower customer service/tech support was also trash and did little to nothing to help my situation. They also rather than telling me how to fix my computer told me to look up YouTube videos. But at your own risk.

Great beginner gaming desktop. Multiple ports in the back and front with room inside case for upgrades.

First purchase didn’t work. Had to return and order a new one. New one came working.

Bought this PC for Christmas, worked for 2 weeks. Won't boot to windows, with no obvious reason why. Already followed the limited online help information. I would reconsider before buying IBuyPower again, try any of their numbers, they are all getting busy signals. No way to know when they can help you or how. Would also give BestBuy a low review for carrying the brand. If you buy this product you should pay extra to have it covered by BestBuy support and cross your fingers that they can help you.

I exchanged because didn't work!!!! My Son didn't even get time to play with it.

Less than a month old USB ports already quit working on the back and only 1 works on the front. Going to go back to the store and see what can be done. Exchange or money back most likely. Also benchmarked really low out the box you have to do some setup in the bios to make use of the processor and ram speeds.

I was pretty excited to get this PC. I drove 4t minutes to pick it up. Everything was great until I plugged it in. It bagan making a loud clicking noise. I was able to narrow it down to the power supply. Not something I can fix myself. Figured the noise would go away soon so I continued to set up the PC. I immediately ran into my 2nd problem. Windows was not registered because it said the product key was already in use. I was able to use the troubleshooting section to fix that problem. I then wanted to change the led light colors. When I tried to launch the program to change the light colors it told me the RGB controller wouldn't connect to the program. 3 red flags in 10 minutes. I'll be returning this computer. To many problems for the price I paid. Very disappointed considering I saw so many others give this PC good reviews.

The fan stop working literally after 2 month of using it. It does not light up anymore. Rgb system and fan does not work. I have contacted best buy to get it fixed but they would charge me for it.

Cheap materials needs more rgb fan and better mouse and keyboard

The pc is good but the mouse that came with it doesn't even work.

Obviously the cpu is nice, the gpu is mediocre but the downfall of this system is the motherboard and ram. The ram benchmarks at 66% which is pretty bad. This setup with other brands/components may be better but in this configuration its bottlenecked.

This Desktop is beautiful looking and not noisy at all, but it seems a common issue I failed to notice that everyone has trouble with us that the monitor will go blank. No matter what you do, the Desktop will not display anything on the monitor and will immediately go to power saving mode. On top of that I’m required to pay for service assistance from Best Buy for an issue that I did not cause. I’ve only had this computer for 5 hours and it doesn’t even work. I would hope the next purchaser to be would stop and take a look at the Lower reviews before making a mistake

I bought this computer 3 months ago and it was working great and sudenly now it wont boot up. It showed Easy Mode screen and when I turned it off and on again it shows nothing. I'm taking it to back to Besy Buy where I bought it, but I did not get a warranty, which means I have to pay for a diagnosis and repair, which should not be the case, because paying $1000 for a computer and it stops working after 3 months is rediculous. I understand things can go wrong, but it should be replaced or fixed by the company selling or building it when it is such a short time span.
