Well its Christmas, so I'm sure Best Buy will fix the issue once they're open again.......but for now we'll use the i5 computer with less memory even though we bought the i7. The outside label even said i7. So it must be an issue at the factory. The i5 runs smooth and seems like a great computer. I would recommend the computer, but I'm upset that I'll be spending 3 hours of my life boxing and returning, sitting in line, having Best Buy check it out, then getting a new computer and loading everything back on it again.

Computer runs pretty quietly compared to most devices I have on hand, which is great for recording, streaming, and vcing. A lot of usb ports, too, which means that I could connect all of the midi controllers I own and still have some space left for my peripherals and possibly a usb stick. IF you are planning to get a screen tablet for drawing along with this PC, BUY A DISPLAYPORT/HDMI ADAPTER. This system does not have onboard graphics, so if you're getting no signal, this is why. System has a lot of USB ports on the back, with two more at the front. If you like producing music, you could connect a lot of midi controllers to this PC with no problem. For benchmarks, I haven't done them yet, but Valorant runs at a steady 150+ fps on all high settings, which is much better compared to my last system (1050ti + 8gb ram) Minecraft runs well at max settings too. For video editing, the 16gb/8gb diff is very big, but also, if you're gonna do compositing+effects, you should save up and get a system with better specs. Peripherals are decent, with the keyboard having adjustable lighting (fn+scroll-lock, fn+prtscn, fn+ins) but no software, sadly. The mouse is the same, but the colors don't seem to be adjustable. Both products are decently tactile, but the keyboard seems to require a bit more force to press down and has keys that are also set a bit higher than I'm used to. This keyboard also doesn't have a windows key, which means that if you're used to using windows shortcuts, then you cannot use them here. I would recommend getting a different keyboard, but I also think that the volume knob at the top is very useful, so I'll be keeping it. The mouse's scroll wheel is pretty smooth, too.

It worked fine for about a month then I got a blue screen WHEA uncorrectable error. Wouldnt boot up or go into safe mode. I took it back and they sent me another one. This one straight out the box is having a power supply issue (keeps losing signal to monitor) along with an windows install error. IBuy Power tech support - phone lines always give a busy signal and they don't return emails

I am not very educated about computers. I purchased this as a gift for my son. He had a little trouble downloading his second game when we noticed the ssd drive was almost full. We went through the specs and soon realized what we had. Intel i5, 8gb ram, 240 gb ssd... wrong computer. Returned it, and given the box and receipt differed from the product inside, I’m grateful the Best Buy employees believed that I wasn’t trying anything nefarious. Can’t buy from ibuypower again.

This was purchased on 11/22/2020and received it on 11/27/2029. Today 12/19/2020 the computer will not turn on. It has power but will not operate. I purchased and gave this to my grandson. I have not registered it due to sickness with Covid!! But as soon as I feel better hopefully next week I will be driving to Best Buy to find out what the problem is with this computer.

Bought computer as a Christmas present for my son. Doesn't work. Turns on but does not boot up so nothing appears on the screen. Tried different monitors and cables and still nothing- one monitor is also brand new. Book provided doesn't help as it just says how to build a computer from scratch. Now we have to take it back and most computers are sold out as it is just after Christmas and none are on sale anymore either. How very disappointing.

Didn’t worked for me. Tried to power it on and did all the things possible but didn’t worked!

Terrible!!!! I waited in line for 25 mins.one register was open. When the gentleman in front of me asked an employee if he could open another register, he said, ”there is nothing I can do about it”. Then he asked a woman at another counter, she barked at him that she was getting back from lunch, just hold on. He did not deserve that response. He asked very nicely. It was not a pleasant experience in anyway.

bought this computer for my son. The 1st one came with out lights installed or the program for the lights. The second one the processor started smoking. I tired to reach tech support and waited for hours before they were like. yeah just return it. So now I am looking for a different computer for my son. Best buy Geek squad said he would never buy a Ibuypower computer they are always breaking.

Great pc if it would of lasted freak out one day after only having 3 weeks and locked it up would not boot past bios

Buyer beware. The first computer was sold to us as new, however it had clearly been opened and used. The replacement came quickly, however, the second hard drive was corrupted along with not being able to wipe the machine clean. We returned the second one for a refund and bought directly from Dell (Alienware)

Defective out of the box. Video card would not work. Tried to get it to work for 3 hours and was on hold with BB Geek Sqaud for 1.5 hours of that. Returned it and got refund. Other reviews indicated folks had problems with the units out of the box too. It happens. For the over $1000 that was paid for a Christmas present, I was hoping for a bit better product. These things happen though.

there wasn't even a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660Ti in it and the foam was already removed!! terrible customer service. Best Buy certainly has changed for the worse over the years. The employees don't even know the products they are selling and the Geek Squad didn't know the technical stuff about their products

We have an appointment to get work done on it. It keeps showing a blue screen saying it needs repairs.

The LED RBG lights stopped working already --- we've only had this 1 month!! Very disappointing.

Would not pickup our internet! Could not use! Sent it back!

This was a gift for my son for Christmas and it literally started sparking in the GeForce block. Had I not reacted quickly and pulled the power cord out our Christmas Day could have ended so differently. My son was devastated. Don’t buy any buy power products it’s not worth the risk. I’m shocked Best Buy even sells these.

Came with no instructions and and there was as CD for drivers but the computer did not have any CD drive, on top of that computer will not boot up and show anything on the monitor, total disappointment and returned it Best Buy for full refund and it has been 10 days and so far no refund from them. Horrible experience.

Awful! Awful! Awful!!! Ruined my kids Christmas!!! DOA upon arrival. Was supposed to have protective packaging inside the cabinet, it did not, so items probably got thrown around and it did not work. Then of course I could not get one on the 26th upon return, so we returned it and got a completely different brand.

Ordered this online and after it had been shipped best buy put a stop shipment order, it was at the last departure center. I wish they would have returned my money that day since it was their system that placed the cancelation and not me. The product is probably great, the shipping gets a 1 star.
