Never did I put the computer through anything stringent, and most of that two months it spent turned off. Contacted Best Buy about it and was told it was outside their return window. Not happy.

So now will go hunting for a power cord; but this is lazy work from whomever do the packaging; not good enough from Best Buy not to check it either - and from now on I will check too.....

It’s a good pc for the price It just got canceled and then I received the wrong pc with a i5.

I have made some upgrade such as the GPU, RAM, and storages to better suit what I need. But for the hardwares inside of itself is pretty decent and can handle a lot of games on High settings with respectable FPS. The only issues I have with this pc is that the hardwares do eventually show its age and slows down, so upgrading parts to a better one is necessary.
I would recommend this to a friend GOT TO BE MORE CAREFUL

Couldnt not update bios because the board didnt recognize bios files. Couldnt use a second monitor with the computer. Returned it and got my money back.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.To be fair, I didn’t want to write a review until I used the computer for a little while. I’m no expert, so I’m not about to claim it’s the best desktop ever. On the other hand, what it gives you for this price is absolutely worth the money. It has excellent graphics and speed, a beautiful display, and it hardly makes a sound (I say hardly because obviously there’s going to be some sound indicating you have it powered on.) I use it for both artwork and gaming purposes, which means I have a lot downloaded on this beast. It hasn’t slowed down or had any hiccups, nor has it heated up or made extra noise when I have lots of programs running at once, including games. One con, which may not even be the fault of the desktop itself, is that once in a while the internet is unstable. It comes back pretty quickly but I’m still not sure if it’s due to the wireless antenna hookups in the back, not receiving a proper signal from where I have it set up in the house, or if it’s due to the sheer amount of devices using the same network. Take that “con” with a grain of salt because otherwise, everything has run smoothly for me so far. I say it's worth the price because even if it still seems like a lot of money, there are specs on this desktop that would be more expensive if I were to purchase them separately and try upgrading them myself, but again I am no expert.
