its a good pc for a good price but the back fan died on the fourth day and the psu died in a week

BestBuy/FedEx got the computer here ahead of schedule. Setup was fast and easy. Looks great too. Fortnite runs very smooth. Carbonite subscription moved from old PC to new PC without much problem. Plex install, indexing, and streaming is very fast. Haven't had a chance to test integration with my Xbox Game Pass, but looks like it should run with no issues.

Just purchased this great PC this weekend. I really like how it comes with a lighted gaming keyboard and mouse. The light effects are a nice touch. Other great features are the SDD and HDD. The machine is very fast and the graphic card is top notch as it GTX. I feel this machine is a great value for the price.

PC stopped working within two days of purchase wouldn’t recommend

Bought my first gaming PC and it works great! Installation was fast and easy, also looks so so nice with the colored lights. Runs very smoothly and hasn't had any issues as of yet. The mouse/keyboard that comes with it works nicely as well. Very happy with this purchase. Will recommend this to friends and family :)

My son bought it less than a month ago, and it just died on him.

I was leaning towards building my own pc because it sounded fun but I do not trust myself enough to do that so I just bought a prebuilt and decided to give it some upgrades but tbh it didn't need much. Just some extra ram but overall I am really happy with this purchase and would 100% recommend to anyone deciding whether to get a prebuilt or not. My specs: intel core i710700F GeForce gtx 1660 ti 1 terabyte hard drive, 480 gigs ssd 16 gigs of ram (I did upgrade to 32 gigs which I would recommend if you are into gaming or designing. FPS: COD MW/CW - around 130-160 depending on settings COD warzone - 120 fps on high settings - 150+ on low settings GTA V - usually around 130-144 depending on settings Fortnite - 180 for high settings, 230 for low settings Rocket league - 170 Hope this helps :)

the computer powered up but would not connect to a monitor.

Had wrong power supply. Tried two, the first one was DOA.

Crashes after playing any game for more than 10 minutes.

This computer is awesome, would highly recommend it if you want to play like a pro, have also been great for helping me with my bachelor degree.

ibuypower is an insane prebuild I've had it for two months and I've had no problems with it at all i really love the mouse and keyboard that came with it and the graphics are incredible I can run 250 fps on rocket league easily I really recommend buying an ibuypower prebuild

iBuypower has some very good components. I got this setup 4 years ago and it's still running strong. No issues, no slowdowns. Very impressive.

I have used this computer from 2020 to 2024. There has not been a single issue that has happened with this device! The first computer I've seen to handle games you wouldn't think it would. Highly recommend!

I just bought this bad boy about 4 days ago. I cant say a bad thing about it. As a beginner in the computer world this thing is all that and some. It makes gaming awesome. It looks futuristic. Its really fast. Doesn't overheat. Ive been running it almost 10 hours a day and it stays subzero cool. Great graphics. Runs almost everything at 60fps. Making the console look boring. I chose this over PS5 and it was the best gaming decision I've ever made. Its also good for office work and a lot of other things it needs to get done. The only thing the keyboard is a little bit sticky and stiff, but that's expected. Performance is amazing. Storage is large. Good graphics. 10/10 for IBUYPOWER. Runs games like GTA5M at max capability and It looks Crispy. Also C.O.D and Fortnite. Steam games.

Solid mid-grade PC. Works good. Quite a big jump from my experience with a 4 year old PC. Works straight out of them box. HDD is formatted. OS works. Cons- Keyboard and mouse are sorta cheap. Keys stick a little for a brand new keyboard. W, A, S, D keys, the ones primarily used for directions in games, are not optimally orientated. RGBFusion 2.0, the program to change the LED colors in the PC, doesnt work at all. Took me weeks to figure out and find a program that would change it. For those with the same problem, link to program is below might help you. Looks like you must have MSI stuff to make it work. https://www.msi.com/Landing/dragon-center-download/nb LED lights suddenly stopped working for a few weeks then suddenly started working again. Might be a continuing problem. Also, customer service for the believed problem took almost a week to get somewhere exchanging 5 emails between us. They are not very quick. The cons are mainly cosmetic and 3rd rate stuff but the stuff that really maters for the PC, like OS, hardware, an ease to start using is all great.

The computer was amazing and it was very quick. The computer also came with a very nice keyboard and mouse and it all glows up. The computer set up was so easy and it was 2 plugs and it was done very good product!! :)

Would definitely recommend, boots super fast, runs games super well(fps, graphics, etc). comes with a ton of storage. For a gaming desktop with 10th gen i7, the price is good as well. not to mention it looks super cool!

The desktop as configure was easy to setup with easy to follow instructions. I have been playing a lot of games and other applications and it is very snappy/fast to open any applications and I have also been playing games at ultra-high settings without any lag (with the NVIDIA GTX 2070 super). One annoying thing about this purchase is that the bundles keyboard with this purchase is completely useless because the keys are rigid and gets stuck while typing or playing games. Since you basically have to hit the keys down with significant force for them to work, I miss the keystroke most of the time as it does not go down with normal force. Definitely not using the keyboard bundled with the purchase. Other than that, there have been no hiccups and performance is as expected. Will update more once I have used this for sometime.
