I ended up returning the entire pc for a new one. When I picked up the new pc, the keyboard it came with had sticky keys. This is a brand new keyboard out of the box and the keys were already sticky and would not come up after being pressed down. I spoke to Bestbuy and suggested I reach out to the manufacturer Ibuypower for a new keyboard. I tried calling all of Ibuypower's numbers, but no response. I tried emailing and have not received a reply for almost a week. Very disappointed with my overall first experience of a gaming pc.

Re seated video card, updated drivers and got one more battle but that was it. Every time I started a game it would crash immediately. Every crash generated a different event report, information/critical/warning. The list was pretty long after trying a full day to figure it out. Best buy took it back no questions asked. Ordered an HP Omen 30l as a replacement, with any luck, it will be better.

They overcharge for everything in the system and make it basically impossible to upgrade anything unless you gut the entire chasis. Horrible build, a 10 year old with a youtube video could do better

All of our PCs come fully upgradable, and should not require gutting the chassis at all. For example for parts such as the graphics card and the RAM, you would simply just unplug it and then put a new one in. This is how it is for self built systems as well. We also offer our prebuilts at very affordable prices, and do not charge a high premium for parts at all.
