Overall better PC then my last one the RTX 2060 is not top of the line but is 100 times better then my old 1650 and that i7 is just feels right if I can say anything pull the trigger on this coming from a PlayStation guy I will never go back to consul again...

At 33 years old, this is the first time I've gone out of my way to leave a review. THAT'S how heartbroken I am. My first experience with iBuyPower was years ago, before you heard their name a lot (I'm not an old hipster, I swear). That prebuilt was hands-down the best prebuilt I had ever purchased. So, of course, upon seeing this wonderful rig, I was hyped as it's seemingly perfect as a midrange option. The best part? The company that was backing it. Win/win. I immediately maxed out my Best Buy credit card. I received the full set-up in the mail 2 business days later. My hype morphed into regret, and I quickly found myself tilt-a-whirling into yet another existential crisis. I've owned it for about 1 month... Current List of Issues: * Games randomly close (read: NOT minimize). * Monitors fail to return to normal functionality after attempting to return from sleep. * Computer randomly bluescreens and crashes during normal tasks that shouldn't otherwise cause this to happen. Attempted Remedies: * verified hardware was properly installed * verified everything is up-to-date (drivers, etc.) * reinstalled windows * initially thought it was a power supply issue, so I upped the wattage and replaced it * added additional fans * additional actions I fail to recall atm... We're essentially chopping this up to blaming Windows 11. Attention Microsoft: please stop with the forced auto-upgrades. The primary reason I bought this PC was the fact it was listed as coming with Windows 10. P.S. Edge is cool and all, but please stop actively forcing it down our throats. Regardless, iBuyPower seems to have a repair time of ~6 weeks, though at this point my GPU is probably toast. Best Buy refused to, at the very least, trade it for a functioning one of the same model (one with windows 10). TL;DR: It's rubbish, don't buy it.

This PC has been a life saver since my previous PC was stolen. It allows me to play games with my friends, do my homework and pay my bills. Plus hello color! Will say the fans are a little loud but nothing overbearing.

This is my very first PC. So far I am very happy with it. It looks great and the mouse and keyboard feel great. There were no issues with delivery and setup was super easy. I am extremely pleased with this so far.

Real easy to set up, start and get programs loaded and working. Sold State drive boots up quickly as it should. Have this up since Jan. 5, and works great. Hoping to stay that way.

It plays Halo Infinite and Flight Simulator 2020, so I'm happy. Only problem is limitrled drive C:, but I was able to transfer most of my old system files to drive D:.

Computer worked awesome for 6 months. Started freezing and running slow. Took it to Geek Squad and the GPU failed. Trying to deal with iBuypower for the warranty is AWFUL! You’re responsible for paying shipping. You’re responsible for taking out the GPU. But you’re also responsible if you break the computer to take out the GPU even though you know nothing about computers. Customer service is awful. After reading a lot of info from others about iBuypower, I’m just going to go buy my own GPU. So disappointing when I just wanted to buy a nice gaming computer for my son to enjoy.

I've had zero issues so far. I just wanted an entry gaming system to do work online and some games if I want too. Everything was as advertised and arrived in two days

So far it's very good. The service at Best Buy has been really good, at Atlantic Center, Brooklyn, NY. I am very happy with both the PC as well as the Geek Squad service.

Great product! My PC is amazing! It's super quiet and doesn't disturb me like my others! Its really sleek looking and I'm in love with it. Definitely recommend their products!

My granddaughter loves the computer. The keyboard did come defective, two keys on it would not work. She bought another keyboard online. Not sure if I can return the keyboard only?

After searching for the right best inexpensive computer, Best Buy had one that was right for us. My son loves and is very satisfied with the computer.

Seems like a good gaming PC for our son. He has just started gaming on the pc coming over from a console. Seems like a nice setup

Amazing pc while I was using it for the first week, but then the pc seems to have encountered serious hardware issues. No tampering, moving pc around, or hardware changes to it since I picked it up– but the PC crashed and no longer turns on. Planning to return this tomorrow.

Computer is fast and hardly makes any noise. Only con I have about it is that one my lights of the fans stopped working around the 2 month that I purchased this. It's starting to bother me now and I'm not sure how to fix this since it's not the RGB Fusion 2.0 app that this comes with. I believe it's some wiring issue.

Super responsive! Still pretty new, had it for two weeks or so now. Still turns on. Cant ask for more.

This has fast processing which is perfect for gaming. This is my first PC for gaming and its been a good purchase for me.

I updated from a gaming laptop to a PC. I love this PC so far, It works great and is better than I expect.

Had it a year already. Graphics card is fine. But cpu throttles a lot for me. Ive already had my ssd die. And now my power supply kills the pc on a slight bumb. They buy reviews youll get upto a 30$ back on a paper if ya review. its in the box.

Bought it as a gift for my son and boy does he love it. The only problem is i cant get him out of his room. Lol
