Based upon reviews, I thought this computer would have fast gaming and browsing speeds. However, I find the opposite to be true (and my internet is not to blame). Will be returning.

Decent overall was expecting a little more for the price point and hdd failed a couple weeks in and all other parts are bottom of barel picks for adverage pc build But has space for upgrades and 11th gen intel is decent

This pc is not reliable not worth the price and crashes all the time . This pc is not for a gamer .

Had it for just a few weeks and the GPU hard a hardware failure. Sent it to service via Geek Squad. I was told to go into a store with a reciept and replace, although its no longer available. Also, I purchased online so why make me go into the store? Anyways. No bueno on this desktop.

Looks like a killer gaming system but lacks reliability. Don't know if it was a windows 11 issues a pc issue, but I ended up returning for an asus.

Haven't even had it for a uear and it just completely broke on me in the middle of a game of Tarkov.

My biggest regret was buying this. After 8 days of my purchase the PC kept overheating and shutting down completely. There’s barely ventilation on this pc at all, there’s an exhaust vent on the back but it’s not nearly enough for the power of the pc. If I watched a YouTube movie in 1080 the GPU temp would jump for 30 Celsius to 75 Celsius within a matter of 30-45 seconds. Within 2 minutes the pc would crash, completely turn off. I contacted IbuyPower and they gave me the run around until I finally decided to bring it back to BestBuy and get a full exchange towards a better pc. If you plan on playing games like New World, Lost Ark, Fortnite or plan on watching anything on YouTube/Netflix/Hulu, be cautious. I used this device for streaming on Twitch and honestly I couldn’t watch a single stream on Twitch without this pc becoming a miniature Sun. Wear your sunblock folks!

After doing a lot of research on which prebuilt to get, I decided on this iBuyPower pc. I was very excited as this was my first ever gaming computer. Shortly after setting it up, I started playing the Sims 4 and the game crashed to desktop without any error messages. I assumed this was a Sims issue and did some troubleshooting (i.e repairing the game through origin, making sure all updates were installed) but then as I tried to play again the game would crash, the computer would completely power down, and then restart. This happened multiple times with the Sims and then happened with Minecraft as well so I knew it was an issue with the computer. After looking up this issue online, I found multiple other people who had this same model and were having the same exact issue so I returned it. Very disappointing.

This makes the 3rd Ibuypower gaming desktop that we've purchased. We bought the 1st one back in 2018. Thankfully I've had no issues with the 1st computer. We bought our 2nd ibuypower gaming PC in Jan 2020. Unfortunately within 4 months it would not boot up. I've been tech savvy with computers for over 30 years, but I was not able to fix this PC. We decided to put it in a local PC shop. After returning from the PC shop, it lasted all of a month. When we decided to purchase our 3rd ibuypower gaming PC, we were under the impression, that maybe the 2nd PC was just a bad batch. So, here we are again with our 3rd PC and it stops working! Dreaded blue screen system repair never ending loop, over and over and over. Since my wife and I work from home, a non-working PC is a huge problem. We have no idea where these PC's are manufactured, but I suspect it's done in a place where low quality parts are the norm. BE WARNED - YOU ARE TAKING A CHANCE WASTING TIME, MONEY, TIME AND RESOURCES only to be repaid with EXASPERATING FRUSTRATION.

Worst Experience with this Computer. Do not recommend at all. I had numerous issues with it's performance over the past few months and now had to return it back due to power circuit failure. They offered free exchange but worried about performance of this computer. Do not recommend at all

Really wish best buy could put accurate descriptions on the web page! i drove an hour each way to pick up this PC because this store had some of the few remaining PCs with Windows 10. Got the PC home, set it up and I see Windows 11!!! My software doesn't run on Win11. Decided not to drive another 2 hrs to get my money back and paid another $100 to get Win10 and overwrite the setup. After that things went "ok". The keyboard has no key labels so unless you leave the extremely annoying light show on you don't know what key you are pressing.

Great PC, heavily overpriced! Like cmon, how is this 1600 dollars!

Do yourself a favor - DO NOT BUY! Take this from a long time Best Buy customer and IT professional. Terrible post-sale service and warranty is a joke. Died after 60 days. Nobody will take responsibility for it.

Received this comp yesterday and it (Win 11) never booted. I attempted to reinstall Windows several times from the troubleshooting menu with no luck. Discovered the most likely cause was the graphics or other drivers. Ironically the Gigabyte motherboard driver DVD was included but there is no DVD player on the model. I cloned the drive using a different PC onto a flash drive but the brand new comp never even recognized it. It's really too much effort to attempt any other fixes since the comp was brand new and returning is an option. I will not purchase IBP or Win 11 again.

Motherboard has crashed twice now and causing major issues, SSD hard drive was bad

Something wrong with the operating system that I was not able to restore to factor setting. Brought it back and the tech said he knows what was wrong with it and he had seen this kind of issue before. However, it will take about 3 hours for him to fix it and I will have to pay for it unless I return it and buy another one since I got it less than 2 weeks. I ended up return it and got something better, faster and cheaper at Costco.

They offer free gear for 5 star reviews. Have had it for less than 1 month and already having problems with it.

I got it hoping to be able to game on it and then there was a problem with my graphics card, terrible, I only had it for 1 week and when I was finally able to try and play some games on it I kept freezing and getting kicked , Do not buy if you want to game Atleast

I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for all the parts to show up. You said you would send me a new order instead of the keyboard and mouse that was missing. Went to store and met with manager and he could not help me either. This shouldnt be that hard. I have no idea when the order will be completed.
