from the first week, the computer has frozen shut down for no reason and is now stuck on the settings screen this is a terrible computer do not purchase. Still trying to see what ibuy powe rwill do to fix these problems I'm not rich and I hope they fix this problem

This Computer has been such a headache! Ended up costing me an additional $300 dollars to purchase an extended warranty and it goes to the technician every month as it refuses to boot up. Horrible product.

Had to return this open box PC. It just stopped working and had no power. Had no brackets for 31/2" drive. Before it stoppped working , the RGB lights failed due to a bad board. Power suppply or MB could have been bad.

After a lot of research, I was happy to give IBuypower my business. The graphics card and cpu included with this system was promising for performance. The price was very fair compared to what else is available these days. There were some aspects I’m not the happiest about, but considering that I feel I got exactly what I paid for, I’m not upset. The motherboard I got was the gigabyte b560m ds3h. Not a horrible motherboard but could be better. The ram is performing well, 16gb of neoforza ram. The heat sink was not on the stick of ram when I got it, but easy fix. With careful consideration to environment and maybe some tweaks, While playing shadow of the tomb raider on optimal settings, the cpu has maintained less than 70 degrees Celsius with the gpu staying under 80 degrees Celsius. I did have to enable the XMP profile in bios to unlock ram speed to what is advertised. Overall, the computer performs great. Well worth the cost.

This machine worked great for about 3 weeks and then the graphics card went out. I have been trying to work with iBuypower and now i have to pay to ship it to them and wait 3-6 weeks to get it back. Major headache!

Worst purchase i could've made. A gift for my grandson and it didn't work for an entire 24 hrs. not even close.

Piece of trash. Bought it for gaming. Every. Single. Game. crashes within 15 min of playing. I wouldnt use another Best Buy pc if you paid me to use it.

The item arrived opened and with missing accessories, huge inconvenience .

This system crash about 2 weeks after purchase and Geek Squad said the Hard drive failed, I returned this item and bought a different gaming desktop

Item came broken and before 2 weeks it completely died on me.

If your new to computer gaming and you really do not know what your doing this computer is for you! Super easy to set up. The computer is super quick runs all my games with ease. Lastly the price is very reasonable.

My very first decent computer, it arrived in great condition with no damage or missing pieces. I love the matching keyboard and mouse and I adore having the ability to change the color on the inside of my computer. It was also decently priced, works great, and runs fast, perfect for gaming with my friends and doing my art. 10/10 very pleased.

Ordered online, it was delivered early within just a couple of days. Its a rather large tower, larger than I expected, but a beautiful machine! Had to make some room to fit it, but its pretty quiet (only hear the hum of the fan) and the performance is superb so far! I highly recommend this if you are looking for a good gaming PC at a lower cost.

AMAZING AT WHAT IT DOES for real good not slow or anything almost have used almost all my storage and still runs fast play games in like 300 fps pretty wild that it doesn't get slow especially with max quality in the games I play really like this for my first PC.
