I didnt like that the parts were so close together they looked like it was hard to upgrade and take out and you could probably build a better one for the same price

Received a broken item. Would not even turn on. Spoke to Best Buy about returning it which they approved, however because I didn’t ship it out without 24 hours (which no one told me about) they canceled my replacement and now I just wait 10 days for a refund and buy a new computer.

Had it for less than 24 hours when the SSD starting spiking to 100%. It would do this in 5-10 second intervals indefinitely. Do not buy.

just received my pc purchased at bestbuy.com excited but during set up it crashed not to turn on again, not even a day or even 2 hrs from turning it on this sucks ,the unit purchased was an iBUYPOWER - TraceMesh Gaming Desktop – Intel Core i5-13400F – 16GB Memory – NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 8GB – 500GB NVMe - Black SKU:6536552

Gigabyte bad, it boot up, no fan lights no loose w.

It was good for like 3 days and randomly fps stutters and 5 fps in any game im playing

Network adapter is garbage. RGB doesnt work and preinstalled program doesnt work. Fans randomly turn off. Garbage

Crashes most games in warzone 2 and if your lucky enough to stay in your gonna have the same graphics as hand held McDonald’s toy from back in the day just save your self the return time and buy a good one

Im super disappointed ive even tried scheduling a call but no one called me yesterday the pc i bought yesterday does not work telling me that i can install windows i just am ata loss of words

Bought as a Christmas gift. Worked for less than a month, unplugged to move around the room and no longer works. Dont waste your time or money.

What’s wrong with this store every single time I order online there’s issues with availability, don’t buy from this place.

The top two USB ports were defective so were unable to be used.

My 13 year old gamer son says it's great for Fortnite & Roblox. He also loves the lights & the water cooling system. Very good for the price point

Very pleasantly surprised, this system is awesome; easy to setup, comes with almost everything you need to get started, the system runs quiet and games run smooth as silk; I had to upgrade the storage and ram just personal preference as I don’t think it really needed to be. Overall if you’re looking for a first gaming computer or even a workstation this should be on your radar I couldn’t be more happy. Good job Ibuypower!

I recently bought this iBuyPower Gaming PC on 1/6/2024, I have had this for almost a week & i can say, It runs very well on Beamng Drive (70 FPS), Dead Island (90 FPS + Instant load times!), Gmod (80 FPS), SCP Secret Lab (70-90 FPS). Also it can Run VR very well like VRChat & Half Life Alyx! At 65-120 FPS! But to conclude this, It runs everything well at 70 FPS, Storage is upgradable, everything is good for this price! 10/10 Gaming PC!!!

I Bought a gaming PC from iBuyPower at Best Buy for just Under 900 dollars. Very good and reliable PC, I can run any game with high FPS and good resolution, very quiet and compact so it's perfect for my small room that I share with my brother. I can also stream on any platform while playing games and having many things open without worry of FPS drop. Can be easily added on to or upgrade parts with! 9/10 would recommend to friends

Excellent, easy to set up and great for gaming! I had purchased a different gaming PC only to find out that it crashed every time you tried playing a game. After hours researching issues and trying to get support finally returned it and purchased the ibuypower gaming PC. Excellent choice, fast and easy to use. Love it!

Works great! This is my first gaming computer and I was nervous because I didn't know what I exactly I needed. I usually only play simple computer games and it works great for what I needed. Super easy to set up too! I did have to buy speakers for it though
