Works For Two Weeks - Bad Customer Service

My sole use for this PC was gaming and it ran fine for two weeks. After which and randomly, games kept crashing within minutes of startup and attributing the issue to the graphics card. After several attempts of troubleshooting and multiple trips to the helpful techs on Geek Squad, it was determined the best move was swap computers. I had sent a support ticket to iBUYPOWER that went unanswered for over a month. After replying to their “ticket submitted” receipt email, they finally replied days later. I had already determined a new manufacturer seemed to be the best choice for me.
