Defective Item

When I received it, WIndows was not installed and the frame of the tower looked like it had been pried open and it had dust inside. Although this was frustrating, the staff at our local store took the item back with no issues. Great customer service. Sadly, the device was out of stock at that time so had to do a straight return instead of an exchange. Now the price is higher since it's not on sale anymore. Kind of a bummer but guess we'll see what happens. Four stars are for the customer service from the local store.

If one thing stops!!! working like keyboard

However the keyboard just stopped working I tried to return to store and get a replacement. It was not successful even with the plan purchased so i could get any part replaced i got a email this morning saying best buy could not fill the order. And that i would have to buy another one. i mean come on!!!! you feel me!! so if you get the set beware if you have to bring the entire thing back to get one component replaced. So the set good deal but if something goes wrong not so much.

This product is amazing but..

I bought mine 2/1/24 and it only took 17 days for my power supply to give up and i had smoke coming out of it . Having my power supply replaced has been a bit of a hastle due to not adding the extended warranty on it and best buy only gives you 14 days from the day you purchesed it to be ablw to cover for it . Im doing the manufacture warranty but it takes a long time for them to be able to send you the replacement parts.

Great beginner PC

Bought for my son and will run games that he plays (Minecraft, Roblox, Fortnite) with decent FPS. Definitely recommend!
