Working perfectly… not purchased for gaming, very fast

Great computer - I don't really game on it - mostly just internet surfing and e-mail ect. , but internet speed is great and boot up is fast. Keyboard and mouse are really nice that come with the system and I love the RGB lighting in the keyboard and mouse.

I've had this up and running for about a month for my golf simulator. I have had no problems and the graphics are great.

Its good PC for my 11 year old. Startup is little hard but good speed so far. Its been a week, so i'll update later

This is a mixed review. In general, I like everything about this new computer, it's fast, easy to set up... looks good. I would have given 5 stars but for one issue, the sound card/sound hardware. My first unit arrived, I set it up and there was almost no sound output. At maximum volume it was barely audible and heavily distorted through both the speaker output and the headphone jack. I took the unit back to the geek squad, they checked it out and said there definitely was a hardware issue and ordered me a second unit. It came in and they checked it first and pronounced it 'good'. I took this one home, set it up and while there was indeed now sound output, it was distorted but only on the low frequencies. (600 and below) More obvious from the speaker output and 'not-so-bad from the headphone jack. I do audio work for a living so I notice such things. Since I had been without a home computer for almost a month, I decided I could live with the issue. I would have loved to give y'all 5 stars on this computer!

This was a very great choice when I purchased this Gaming PC, the overall speed it has for rendering my games was great and fast as it works astonishingly well and was the best relief knowing that there was no problems and that I got the best out my money from this purchase, would recommend.

Works great easy setup. If planning to use wifi and not ethernet internet can be a bit slow.

Just bought and picked up the PC today! Setup process was smooth and easy, started running almost immediately. Its very quiet and the colors are beautiful. Will be buying from this brand again in the future when it's time to upgrade!

Great entry level gaming pc. I use this primarily for sim racing and it does great.

Scored an insanely great deal. Parts would have costed more individually vs getting the prebuilt because of a sale. Quality packing material ensured a safe transport and extremely easy to set up. Highly recommend.

Great prebuilt, haven’t had any issues with any games or startup. I play cyberpunk on ultra settings around 100fps.

My son loves this computer! Perfect for his age! And Geek Squad got it all set up for him, set his parental apps, and everything! THis is a must do for parents, especially parents that have 0 clue about gaming computers!

Staff was great and very informative made the purchase seamless. My son has loved his computer!

Hardly any issues after 8 months of owning it. Also plenty of room inside to add fun little accessories (IE legos and Funko’s)

Excellent product. My son loves it. I would make two suggestions: purchase a curved monitor and get an Ethernet cord if the PC is not in the same room with your router to connect it directly to the router.

Love the pc only issue i have is that when i wanna customize the rgb lights in the inside they dont work all the time. Sometimes they do and other times they dont and the keyboard lights at times dont turn on.. not sure why those issue are there

Aamzing product. Perfect for a first gaming PC. All you have to do is plug everything in. It does NOT come with an HDMI cable however, so make sure you have/order one. Just a regular HDMI cable.
