Good pc for beginners but cheaply built. Graphics card was faulty and needed to return for a new one which was free so thats good. I rec if its your first pc but would eventu upgrade.

Bought this PC as a Christmas present for my child. It stopped working after 2 weeks. Returned it to Best Buy where I was told I was 3 days past the return deadline. It came with a 1 year warranty but Best Buy refused to return it to the manufacturer for repair stating “this product is so bad we won’t even return them anymore”. Yet, they will still sell them to customers. We have called the manufacturer twice now and have been told they are emailing information to return the item but the emails never come. Shame on Best Buy for selling a product they won’t stand behind and shame on the manufacturer for not having better service. Their recommendation was that I buy another, more expensive, PC.

2 issues immediately! On first startup, the driver updates (apparently an app built into this motherboards BIOS) hung the PC, forcing a complete wipe and reinstall of Windows. I ignored the driver update after reinstall in order to avoid hanging a 2nd time. Then, this machine emits *terrible* RFI/EMI noise. My apartment isn't well grounded but any noise I've heard in the past on my monitors (whether plugged into my previous PC or my Macbook) has been bearably low. But the crackling from the radiation from the IBUYPOWER is so prominent as to make my monitors unusable. The noise is picked up even when my speakers are plugged into my Macbook, and the IBUYPOWER is running at the same time. I even replaced the audio cable with a newer one with better shielding, but no significant difference. The only way to avoid the noise and get clean audio is by plugging in headphones. I'll be contacting customer support to see if they have a solution, but, suffice to say, I was shocked to find such glaringly bad problems straight out of the box.

Too many lights. Also had a problem with the music stuttering.

Do not buy this pc i will not say it again i ordered this thing a month ago and it still hasnt came yet i tried to cancel it and it wouldnt let me my friened ended getting his and the motherboard was fried in the first day!

Pretty bad. I had a previous iBuyPower which I bought through BestBuy for 10 years, and it was one of the best desktops I have ever had. Fast. Great graphics and great processing power. So when it started showing its age, I decided to try an iBuyPower again thinking the brand would uphold its integrity. Purchased it, got it home, hit the power button. All the fan and RAM LED lights came on, but nothing. Checked the motherboard - Red DRAM light. Shut the computer down, removed the RAM sticks and tested every slot with both sticks. Each time, same LED light. One memory slot even showed BOOT, POST and DRAM were all having problems. So back it goes. Will attempt another brand and avoid iBuyPower until a later date.

It was a fairly average product... But I received it three weeks later than i was suppose to .. call Close the support several times .. Customer support was nice and pleasant. But it seems like they didn't know what they were doing... Or didn't have the authorization.

Maybe i just got bad luck, but the first one i got had an audio issue so i returned it and got a new one. Now this one has some sort of install issue that ive shown it to all my tech friends and i brought it into geeksquad 4 times and its still giving me issuess. Might i add all these issues were immediately after purchase. This isn't some old pc!

Had it 2 weeks and quit working. Had to ship across country to manufacturer. Will be a wonder if it works when we get it back. For over $1000 this should not have happened.

Was not what we ordered. We ordered one item then it was cancelled by Best Buy and then you tried to sell me something else. You lied and said it was better when it was not the same item

The computer stopped working within a year and the "service" I received left me with a brick. DO NOT PURCHASE.

The PC didn't work from the box. It would freeze on me every 5 minutes. I don't blame IBuyPower for this experience but I see why a lot of people don't use Best Buy anymore

Delivered to the wrong address so I literally never got to use it. been 14 days and no word from best buy on my refund. 10/10 would recommend.
