A great PC if you get a working one

I tried to install more ram but then it wouldn't display (I know the ram is compatible and works). The big reason on why I had to return it was because I may have had a defective model. Play a game for 10 to 20 mins before hard crashing. The experience with this was not great but I hear from others that it is top notch... just wasn't for me. That's why I give it a fair 2 stars. If it worked, great but sometimes you get models that are defective and its easier to return them than fix them

I was so excited to get this computer in the beginning. But I've had nothing but issues with it since I got it. Maybe I just got a bad one? But I'd look elsewhere.
