This PC was an outstanding purchase. Although I don't know too much about gaming PC's, this one is my first - and it has performed as expected.

my first pc I bought came with windows not being fully installed so I got a free upgrade to this pc and it works great most definitely would buy again.

So far it’s been running good , the only thing is that the usb connection in the back are offset a bit

If you want a quality gaming computer with very good chip and quality components, this is your tower. I would recommend this system to everyone!

Worked right out of the box. Easy set up, mouse and keyboard work great. The lights on the keyboard don't always work on startup, not sure why.

it broke down on me TWICE in the span of 6 months. one day it was working just fine then the next day it won't turn on. such a shame because it's a really decent gaming computer when it worked. just be cautious because the same thing might happen to you.

Wow, what a machine. I use the computer to edit videos and the video card has so much power to handle anything I throw at it.

Loved this desktop and everything that it came with this combo set but it only worked for 5 days and I returned it to buy another brand

good solid pc 3060ti cant go wrong, just needed to buy a 2tb ssd and it didnt come with m.2 screw so keep in mind when purchasing

This would be a great build for entry into high end pc gaming.. Except that I and others with this build I've seen online all seem to share a common issue where the games or even the whole pc crashes after a few minutes of gameplay on graphically intense games. I've done all I could to troubleshoot this myself since IBP's customer service is notoriously bad and nothing has worked, leading me to believe there is a core design flaw that has been overlooked in this build. The only "remedy" I've found is capping fps to 60, at which point, why did I spend this much money? And it still crashes eventually, just after several hours instead of several minutes. Now, many games it CAN run all day with no problem, but considering I bought this pc to play the hard to run ones, this is a real disappointment. I'm going to spend the extra money for a better brand next time that does proper QC and I recommend others do the same.

My computer came with a aio cooler so the cooling is better then other people’s. I love Ibuypower they have the best prebuilt PCs.

Bought for my son and he likes this gaming computer. I like the fact it can be ungraded and slots to upgraded.

This was my first PC ever and it has been running great! I love the colors and customization and all my games run smoothly.

Fantastic deal on this cpu, we’ve been shopping around and found the same one here for $200 less. Pick up was super easy.

Computer runs well no issues with heat, would prefer if fans would run a little quieter but its no big deal

I really love this PC the load times are almost instant and just feels so much better then my old gaming PC I had.

Would never recommend this brand/model. We picked this due to a lot of 5 star reviews (lucky ones) but unfortunately we had the WORST EXPERIENCE. (1) installed FIRST UNIT and STOPPED WORKING DIDNT BOOT UP AFTER 1 DAY. We brought to Best Buy the next day but could not be fixed. (2) We returned it and got a replacement NEW SECOND UNIT and this one ALSO DID NOT WORK AT ALL & GOT THE BLUE SCREEN after 4 hours. Brought it back to Best Buy and again could not be fixed. (3) Got a refund. We ended up with a pc 'build' by Best Buy Tech with upgrades and branded parts for $200 less. Had no issues with the Best Buy 'pc build'.
