    4 out of the 5 games I tried to play on this crashed within 10 minutes of starting the game, each time the game would crash to the desktop or restart the entire machine. it was obvious through event logs that this was due to a graphics card problem, I tried every software solution possible and got nowhere leaving me to suspect it was hardware. I took it to the geek squad who said they were going to send it back to the manufacturer in order to get a replacement GPU. the problem is they never even sent it out, stating they couldn't replicate the issue even after I gave them evidence of the problem. so now I'm stuck trying to get either a replacement that actually works or my money back. do yourself a favor and stay well away, try a local mom and pop shop that can build one for you that actually works.
