Returning in the morning. I’m sure it’s just a faulty unit, but never worked right from the get go. Says it’s windows 10, automatically installs windows 11 when starting up. All my games crashed within 10 minutes of playing. (Warzone, apex, halo, etc.) all drivers were updated, all windows updates were updated. Nvidia support couldn’t figure it out, and Microsoft Support had me revert to windows 10 due to the issues. Successful revert, within 2 minutes of Warzone “fatal error” game crashed. Tried every possible fix on the internet as well, no avail.

GPU just stoppped working out of no where only had it for a day . Also needs better cooling system..

Absolutely terrible purchase. I got it in mid January this year (it’s April now) and have still not been able to have a consecutive gaming session for longer than 30 minutes on anything other than minecraft (which still crashes after 1.5 hours MAX) without it either crashing to desktop or completely blue screening with an extensive list of different error codes until today where my pc completely froze and turned all different colors on my monitor without restarting itself like other crashes.. I had just got into the second semester of college and have a slow internet connection so i only had minecraft at the time so i didn’t know other games wouldn’t work either and did not think much of it crashing because minecraft is not very stable in experience. Buyer Beware. I thought that there was at least a 90 or 60 day warranty on something $1700 which turned out to be only 30 days. I check for updates at least twice a day on days I have time to play games between Geforce experience and the settings for windows updates, have tried everything my colleagues and I have thought to do to fix it or could be wrong with it, and have tried completely factory resetting it to no avail. Additionally, I have Norton premium antivirus which, same as windows defender, shows zero issues and has never. At this point, I’m close to 100% certain I received a faulty pc from delivery and that it is the hardest part to get that is the culprit. A refurbished graphics card scam, is what I think of this computer. DO NOT “BEST” BUY.

Purchased one and out of the box it worked for about an hour then it needed to restart for an update and the gpu was no longer recognized. Tried everything the tech said so swapped it out and the next one did it again. Don’t know if it is windows update, driver, bad gpu, or insufficient psu, or combo of all. I will avoid gigabyte and ibuypower for now.

Very good deal. However, you cannot use this pc without upgrading cpu cooler. It’s very bad at cooling the cpu.

All in all, the computer performs great. But I had a lot of issues where it would crash, restart, and even blue screen when playing games on it. I took it back to replace it for a different model and the second computer had the exact same problems. It’s possible I got two faulty products, but I think I’m justified being upset with it.

Looks and sounds cool. I give it 3 starts so far because of the trouble starting it up. Will update as I use it!

Total failure. Computer crashed constantly. Hardware failure. Returned.

I bought this computer about 7 months ago brand new, making the switch from console to PC. For a few months, the PC ran well and when it worked it was awesome. I primarily ran Warzone and some steam games and I have only used this PC for gaming 3/4 nights a week. A few months ago, it started freezing and would take a while to hard reset. Recently, the hard reset stopped working. I called IBuyPower and walked through their troubleshooting, before they determined nothing worked and I had to send my PC in to them. I tried a factory reset on my computer last night and for a while, the PC worked again and I was able to download some of my old games over night. I wake up this morning to another blue screen. My experience with this computer has been awful, I paid $1,600 and have been saddled with issue after issue. I should not need to send my brand new expensive PC out to be repaired, losing it for weeks. I won’t buy from this brand again.

My 10 year old loved the computer for the three days that it worked. Really unfortunate as I sped up a Christmas purchase/gift as my boy has Covid (he's over his symptoms) and is home confined for two weeks. Of course when I returned, there were no more in stock and no other similar models on sale like this one was. Not Best Buy's best moment.
