Everything worked great but it came missing the 1TB HDD

Keeps crashing. Also keeps saying processor is missing.

Just like a few others mentioned, this PC constantly crashes. I played a few hours of Halo Infinite without a problem. When I took a short break and came back, it was stuck on a black screen. I forced shut down and restarted only to experience continuous crashing. I can’t even reach the desktop more than half the time. This was the first gaming PC I ever purchased, and it is incredibly disappointing to say the least.

The pc works fine but the keyboard included doesn’t light up and I never received my Xbox game pass code through my email. Once I get both of these issues resolved I’ll change my review, but Best Buy support is impossible to reach and the text support is garbage.

The first one I purchased and gave my son as a Christmas gift did not work so needless to say he was very disappointed. After bringing it back to the store and waiting a week for replacement we finally had a working computer. This is an expensive PC, manufacturer needs to make sure it’s in working order 100% of the time

Received the pc with a dead gpu. don't waste your time and money on junk pre-builts, be patient and just build your own. lol I learned the hard way...

I bought my computer in November but didn't "open" it until Xmas, anyways the 3060ti was DOA, I exchanged it for the same computer but haven't received it yet, hopefully it works.

Gave to my son for xmas, worked fine the first day. Next day started getting black screens and hung. I updated all the software drivers and looked for anything obviously wrong, then the display became pixelated with green/pink dots. The hanging and black screen happening more and more often. It seems the graphics card is defective. My son and I are extremely disappointed. Returning today. Probably get an Alienware to replace.

I have been very disappointed by this purchase. I was lookin forward to getting a gaming pc. However, I am not able to play any games for it crashes. I will play a game about 5 minutes and it either freezes or just goes away. I have owned the pc for about a year and have tried many different things. I basically have been playing with the lowest graphic settings for all the games, but it still crashes. I should not have to play on the lowest settings. I bought this gaming pc for a good graphic experience, but it just does fails. Money wasted.

I purchased TWO gaming PCs for Christmas. One PC was set up and works perfectly fine but the other one doesn’t move past the input screen. With the amount of money that each pc costs I’m very dissatisfied with the products.

It started with the delivery being late and me needing to take a 2nd day off work because they require a signature, then i opened it up and started the setup and even walking near it causes it to glitch up any vibration in the same room completely causes it to restart. I looked at the inside and the video card has small scratches on it like they gave me a used one

Bought this PC on Black Friday for 1600$ just for the price to drop to 1400$ within 12 hours, by the time I tried running one game (THE SIMS BY THE WAY..) the pc restarted.. I’ll be returning it Monday…

Front USB ports do not work. Came unactivated. Unable to find COA on device, but it eventually did activate. Haven't torn into into see why the USB don't work but overall it's not very impressive.

I purchased this desktop and the day I received it I hooked it up and couldn’t even get it to connect to my display. The GPU wouldn’t even power on.

Absolutely hands down one of the worst purchases I have ever made. It took MONTHS to get to me in the mail. All of my games crashed and the PC was defective when I bought it, Best Buy was NOT helpful in the slightest, but somehow iBuy was even less effective--to the point that they were anti helpful and caused harm. None of my games work and no one will help me. The warranty is garbage.

It runs World of Warcraft ok but not on ultra settings well. And it’s not like it’s pictured on the box or site. Better than the relic I had but for cost they should have done better.

All display ports on the computer did not work and the graphic cards does not sit flush. Pretty difficult to connect to graphic card HDMI. Honestly disappointed, as this is my first ever PC i've purchased. Contemplating returning and buying from another company for around the same $.

Just tried starting it up. It booted up but red light began blinking on top of case indicating failure of internal hardware (due to poor installation of parts or faulty parts most likely) not being a pc expert I was unable to figure out the problem so I returned it and am getting a new one I am assuming that since monitor did not pick up DisplayPort or hdmi it’s a graphics card issue Will update upon arrival of second one

It doesn’t have the upgrades it should to run current games. So we need to bring it back in to be serviced.

Gpu was dead as soon as I got it please beware of what you are getting
