Approaching 5 months of ownership, I haven't gone longer than 2 weeks without an issue. Only used as a glorified gaming console as I have a Mac for personal use. Keep having Steam games get corrupted, and the computer as a whole will crash. 0/10, would not recommend.

It likes to crash it self. Constantly shuts down and restarts don’t know why it does this

The computer I got was advertised for windows 10 and it ended up coming with windows 11. This was only the start of my headaches. No one would help me fix the TPM chip error I was receiving. I ran so many tests nothing was found. I can't help but feel that if it never came with windows 11 all of this might have been avoided.

I am excited to have a new pc for the first time but instead completely opposite. I tried to play many games within 5 mins of playing it crashes constantly I looked up websites there’s nothing helping. Exchanges another same brand pc but still having the same issues. Do not recommend this pc

Mine came with a defective video card. I took it back to best buy for a refund. When I called a best buy representative they said they have a lot of issues with Ibuypower and Cyberpower pc with people getting bad video cards.

The worst system I have ever purchased. Office for my son for Christmas and he used it that evening all while his games were crashing. I took it in the next day to Best Buy they had it for four days brought it home and it wouldn’t even turn on. I would not recommend this system.

Games crashed and computer spontaneously rebooted during anything other than standard desktop mode (browsing, etc.). I've had another iBuyPower machine for 6+ years and it worked well, so I'm sorely disappointed here.

It worked well for the first hour, after which nonstop freezing and crashing began to occur after 5-15 minutes of being turned on. I am beyond disappointed with my purchase and recommend that no one else make the same mistake as I did with purchasing this.

Based on the reviews, we thought this would be a great gaming computer, but we had a lot of issues with it and had to return it. We tried another one thinking the first one was just a lemon. But we had issues with that one too. Very disappointed…

It was a trash experience it keep crashing so much to the point where I couldn’t even enjoy the experience it I recommend to stay away from this one and just get a better one that works for you

I just got this today and the first hour of messing with it I’ve had so many problems and I have no way of fixing them this is the biggest waste of $1,700 I feel so upset.

Very bad experience because I can't play my favorite game, the graphics card that is installed has problems

Terrible, absolutely terrible. Never will I ever again buy a prebuild. I get 5 - 10 minutes of play time before force closing games.

Had a lot of problems with this product,the return was hassle free but just the computer itself was solid trash

doesnt work, had to send it back twice. made me pay $150 for shpping. seding it back a third time

I picked this pc up about a month ago. I was concerned for its crappy stock cpu cooler, not amazing airflow and dodgy power supply. How I made it a powerhouse: I replaced the stock ram with some 32 gb Corsair ram, I replaced the garbage stock cooler with a noctua u12s cpu cooler and the temps have been amazing, 50C average and 59C at max. After the adjustments I made the PC has ran great and handles any game with ease. My only concern is the power supply, it’s some no name brand so who knows what it is, but it hasn’t given me any problems so it might not be too much of a worry. Overall I’d recommend this, especially since the graphics card environment sucks right now.

Absolute garbage, went through two computers before buying a different computer from another vendor
