Amazing product! Absolutely stellar for the price!

Hello all, this particular PC is a great starter pc for new to PC gaming customers. a very nice sleek design and even under stress the pc barely makes any noise. I think the processor could be upgraded but other than that I believe this would be a awesome pc to learn the ropes of the PC gaming world.

I was worried before buy this pc because i saw some bad reviews, but the window system was all updated and ram was running max speed, for window activation, you just have to trouble shot and it will automatically activate itself, there were no problems and i am satisfied with this one.

The first time I got this pc shipped it would not display on any of the graphics card ports so i had to get it replaced. The second time the pc shipped It was running amazing for about 2 days and then the temperature of my cpu was getting to the point where it would crash games. I ended up buying an extra exhaust fan and 32gb of ram to hopefully help with the terrible cooling system and performance the computer had but it still failed me so I had to enter the bios and set all of the fans to max for it to reach average temperatures. After the new fan and the new fan settings everything was fine for about 2 days and then my games would just start crashing out of nowhere. The temps were fine on both my gpu and cpu yet games would crash around 10 -15 minutes of me playing very light games such as csgo and subnautica on low settings. Now in the present day I am lucky if the computer lets me onto my desktop for more than 10 seconds before bluescreening or straight up crashing and shutting down without warning. The fact that this is marketed as an out of the box gaming pc by the manufacturer makes me sick because the computer still failed to perform like what it should be even after the upgrades I bought. I will give IBuyPower one last chance and will be receiving a third replacement pc. Overall I would not recomend buying this pc at all because the ammount of work you have to put into it for it to not even perform like it should is not worth it. No normal consumer would go through all of that anyway

Absoutele love the computer bought it for the kids, they love it. Aswell as I game so it was the best computer for modern warfare, cod 4, valorant league of legends. Can't say how much I love it. Do wish it had more memory and storage other than that loveee it!+!

Amazing pc! I got mine during the gpu shortage and my wallet tanked me. I have had no issues with it. I is able to run fairly cool while playing on my dual monitor setup and run vr with no hiccups. Overall just an amazing unit!

i bought a cyber power pc. picked it up. it worked for an hour and the stopped working. returned it and bought the ibuypower pc and its been running amazing. no problems at all. my first time buying a pc. very happy

I got my pc during Christmas and have already loved playing the vas games on my pc, but it doesn't just look good but also is really powerful and can handle high graphic games which I enjoy playing.

I got this computer as a Christmas present and its great it looks really good functions well has good internals the keyboard and mouse are also really good i would definitely recommend this computer

DEAD GPU (Code 43) ON ARRIVAL. Got this computer as a gift. Plugged it in and it wouldn't display on the monitor. Plugged the monitor back into my old rig and it worked fine. Went out and grabbed a new modern gaming monitor to see if that worked with the new computer and surprisingly, it did. Resolution looked off, so I went to change it to - but the resolution was greyed out (couldn't click on the drop down to change the resolution) and stuck at 1077/840 or something weird like that. After hours of trying various fixes and ideas recommended online, I finally called it a day. I learned more about GPU troubleshooting than I ever thought I would. I found out that one of the manufacturers of these Gigabyte graphics cards is PCI, their name is in the serial number which is consistent with other PCI products.

Easiest PC buying experience! Staff was super friendly and once I got home, all i had to do was plug it in and turn it on and it was good to go!

Purchased this PC this morning. Pleasantly surprised - lack of bloatware and easy setup. I haven't need to use Customer Service so I can't comment on the support from iBUYPOWER company.

The PC came earlier than expected for one and two it came perfectly assembled and intact. It is a great PC for the money and I'm happy with it. No hassle or problems whatsoever.

I got this shipped, and it shipped in no time. Not just that, but it was also an amazing product. I've had it for a little less than a year now, and it still holds up. 10/10

Overall great PC! although it has a hefty price tag, the specs are very decent for the price, as well as the quality of the build was almost perfect, with minor errors.

I love how well built and how amazing it runs! Normally most prebuilts don't last very long or aren't very reliable, and IBUYPOWER is definitely a good choice!

I recently purchased this computer for Black Friday to play games and I can say that so far, my experience has been great. I've been getting fps like never before.

This is my second iBUYPOWER pc from bestbuy. the first one has lasted me 4+ yrs and will last my little brother a few more. This one should do the same for me!
