Great Starter PC, powerful to run my games at 500+ fps and eats my streams for breakfast, plenty of room for customization and upgrades, only upgrade I could think of would just be some beefier ram but its totally capable of whatever you could possibly want it to do fresh out of the box. Comes with some great hardware and features, you can customize the lights to your liking and even make them change color pattern to music you play.

Great value for the money! High performance for what I'm needing, and offers alot of room for upgrades and expansion when I'm ready. The keyboard and mouse are decent for out of the box components, and the case looks great with lots of space and organization. Only downside is that this PC was harder to set up than some of the other computers I've had in the past. Other laptops and desktops have all been essentially plug and play, but this one required more fiddling with components and software setup

I just received my PC and everything seems to be working fine. However, included was supposed to be a free 1 month game pass from Xbox. I signed onto the Xbox app and didn't see where I was supposed to have received my gift.

Very good computer. Works well. No bloat ware. It runs all games I own and the new ones I bought. Great cooler.

My teen daughter requested this gaming computer for Christmas and I got it for her early and she can’t stop playing it! I am a single mom in my 50’s who has never set up a computer before and It was so easy for me to do without any help! The design is sleek and the multicolored lights in the see-thru computer case, the keyboard, and the mouse are so cool! She uses the computer to run The Sims and Minecraft and her other games and it works awesomely!

I upgraded after finding out i cant really modify my pervious PC, no complaintsi love how great and smooth it runs with all the games i play and when it comes to other stuff as well.

This computer is fast, upgradeable, elegantly designed and quiet. The RGB lighting is also very tasteful.

A great computer for the price. 12th gen cpu and a 3070 is more than enough to cover you for years at this point. Needed to get a hard drive but that's a small thing in the end.

Pretty decent pre built, the PSU isn’t the best, but I wanted to make some other replacements and upgrade anyways.

Great PC so far, no issues, easy to set up. Been running a few games on it so far and all have looked amazing!

Some parts stopped working almost immediately after a weeks use. The 3 Fans stopped spinnong and the RGB began dimming and then went out. The cpu cooler was also built too close the the ram slots and as a result bent one of the ram sticks beyond use. I tried to return the product but they did not let me and stated the issues were not covered by their return policy and were a result from my misuse.

Very fast computer. Quick and easy setup. Runs everything I have tried at highest settings.

best pc for the price had to take off front glass plate for air flow other wise cpu would over heat

First computer crashed the first day. Went back to Best Buy and exchanged it for another. The second one worked like a charm. Very happy with the purchase. Just wished I didn't have to do the extra leg work.

My wife unit has been so happy since she got this pc. It does everything she wants it to and she definitely like the lights on the fans. She wants for lights!
