Also, there is a lot of freedom to add further SSDs or HDDs, or even upgrade the processors down the road.

Once I assed the situation I was able to take it back to best buy and get a replacement right away. Booted up and works great

The only bad thing about this computer is that I got reboot twice on gaming. Plus, my computer scree starts to square puzzle all over the place. Not sure if it was a gpu issue.

Also, on BestBuy it says it has 1 DisplayPort, and 1 HDMI port, however this is not true, it actually has 2 of each.

Just got my new desktop in the mail yesterday and I cant get enough of it. The sleekness and quality of design is exactly, if not more, than what I was expecting to get.

We tried simultaneously to get the computer up and running before taking it to Geek Squad. (Never came on) August 2023 the computer stop working . Geek squad found the issue and wanted me to fix what’s was dead HD! I explain to Geek squad to send it back to the MF and let them fix it because the computer wasn’t a year old ! So Geek squad sent it back ,just for the company to tell me they will not replace anything on the computer . Here’s your money back !

Like everyone else has said, some games would run better with an upgraded cooling system but besides that warzone 2 and overwatch are running at like 55 F for the latest update. Also the keyboard and mouse which is an easy upgrade

My wifi rounter only 10FT away from my computer but it w unable to see the wifi. I then run hotspot right next to the computer, it still has no signal of the hotspot wifi.

Posted .Did you make sure to attach the Wifi antennas onto the Wifi nodes? Also can you double check in the device manager to see if the Wifi card is recognized? After this I would suggest contacting tech support to help identify the problem.
Computer stopped working after 6 months

I believe the power supply blew out and it appears to be a common problem for this brand. Getting your computer fixed under their warranty is a hassle. Took 30+ min to speak with a technical support agent. If you want them to trouble shoot the problem you have to ship back the computer at your expense. If you just need a part it takes 5-7 days for them to ship it, pay a deposit, and you have to send back the old part at your expense. Meanwhile your computer is inoperable. A big waste of time and money.
