From Bad to worse

Had BestBuy update RAM to 32 GB before leaving store. At home computer constantly crashes. Tried total tech and only got agents who had difficulty speaking or understanding English and all totaltech could do was schedule a store visit. $2000 dollars-2 busted computers-zero tech support even after totaltech purchase

Dead on arrival

Highly disappointed on Christmas morning as the computer did not work. The graphics card was dead. The red VGA light was on and the computer would only boot up for a few seconds with a green pixelated screen and then turn off. Returned back to BestBuy and we decided to buy parts and build own pc instead. Would not recommend this PC.
