First pc overheated and crashed on a regular. The 2nd pc we couldnt even use bc the wifi card was no good. If the 3rd has any issues will be returning for a different brand.

Not very happy!

Windows 10 keyboard on a windows 11 computer

I hooked it up and everything seemed great. I played for a few hours and then allowed windows to update. The Ares M2 keyboard then stopped working properly. Keys are entering the wrong characters and the alt key doesnt work. I looked for help files, nothing. Searched for driver updates, keyboard isnt listed on IBP. Wrote the manufacturer twice, no response. Brought the keyboard to best buy to exchange it (even would have paid to get a different one if they offered me any assistance) i was rudely told that they cant help me. I have to bring in the whole package. I asked for a trade or a discount on a new one. She laughed and said she couldnt help me. I wrote IBP one final time. If i dont get a decent response before my 14 day return period, i will return the $1,700 computer package, the $240 monitor and take my business elsewhere.

I had mine for under a year where it worked well with little problems and it started having issues that even geek squad wasn’t able to fix. Recommend anything different from this pc it’ll save you the time and pain
