Customers are saying

Customers frequently mention the excellent performance and great value for the price of the TraceMR Gaming Desktop. Many appreciate its ease of use and quiet operation during use, along with the high-quality graphics card. However, some users point out issues with the stock CPU cooler, including noise and potential RAM slot interference. A few also note the absence of USB-C ports and some inconsistencies with the RGB lighting.

I would give lower than one, but it won't let me. I had multiple failures of one kind or another with this PC. Ports were constantly malfunctioning. I had it replaced twice, but all three just sucked.

This PC was something was really looking forward to this holiday season. It has everything I was looking for in a new PC as I don't currently have time to build one. It turned into one big whopping disappointment. :/ Pros: I have no idea, could barely use the thing as its been only 24 hours of owning it. I noticed I got 500 frames or more in some games but that's about it lol. Cons: THIS PC WILL FREEZE, BLACKSCREEN, AND GIVE BLUESCREEN ERROR MESSAGES. The other lower reviews are correct and honestly I should have trusted them when I read them. I was going to simply add more ram and switch out the CPU cooler but there is no point. Clearly there are inner issues in this PC and it seems to be a common issue so its likely cheap hardware. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who is looking for an "upgrade" or even a first PC. I would take it to GeekSquad but I also don't care to have them fix something that was broken when I purchased it! :( I am going back to using my old one until I can find a decent prebuilt or find the time to build one myself. :/

Everything work fine with the computer besides the SSD the adata swordfish both of mine have stopped working within a couple of months I only used the computer to paly games on steam and watch video via YouTube. I've tried all fixes I could find online and nothing worked and other people on Reddit have had similar problems with this brand of SSD as well

Computer was dead on arrival with physically damaged graphics card. Went the RMA route to have the device repaired. I was given two options, an advanced RMA or a regular RMA. The advanced would have them ship me the replacement part and I would ship them the broken part back. However, they wanted to charge me for the part before they would even ship it to me. The other option was to ship them the computer. This was supposed to take 3-6 business days not including shipping time. This I figured would have been fine. However, this has since been extended to 5-10 business days, and then after the 10 days had passed, they say it is now taking 3-4 weeks. I still do not have my computer back or any idea of when I will see it again. Nor will I know if it will actually work still when it's shipped back to me. I'm glad I was buying it for myself and not for a Christmas gift because if that were the case, the computer would have been outside of iBuyPower's 30-day retail warranty period. My suggestion? Don't buy from this company that doesn't have the manpower behind them to process their RMAs in a decent time, nor do they seem to check their machines for physical damage to internal components before shipping them to retail stores. I'd recommend spending a bit extra and getting a nice ASUS ROG desktop instead.

PC performed well out of the box besides the CPU running hot at 100 degrees celcius. Not a fan of having to upgrade the cooler right from the get-go...

Im a current console user who was thinking of “upgrading” to a nice pc. Not even a day in and the pc is unable to run steam, battlenet, adobe creative cloud or anything. Everything gets application errors. Only option now is to trade in or return the device, Im very disappointed considering the fact that everywhere you look you see constant praise of PCs being such great powerful machines and of course my first experience cant even run programs that my 8 year old laptop runs.

I purchased the first one 2 months ago. It was basically DOA. Brought it back and replaced it without any issues. Thank you BB. The replacement lasted about 3 weeks when the power supply made a loud pop sound and that was that. These systems seem to get good reviews but I’m starting to think the reviews are fake.
