Faulty video card. Keeps crashing the os. Not working with win 10 or 12. Now wont even boot

In less then a week i got the blue screen now im waiting in the repairs to the disk errors.

the pc just shuts off by itself i got it brand new and it never worked

The computer is overall snappy and responsive, it plays games very well on high settings even in VR, the only major problem is the graphics card completely died not even a week after purchase, even after resetting the drivers and the entire system the graphics card always freaked out. I would give this a 0 since the Gpu is one of the main selling points and makes this a gaming pc. The return process was good but it didn’t even make it one week.

Way to expensive for that quality of item definitely not worth it

I have been contemplating a gaming pc for a year. After my PlayStation and xbox both finally both gave up on me I decided to get a pc. I know absolutely nothing about computers but I figured a $1,500+ machine would be more than enough for me to play warzone and a few other games. $2,300 and half a day wasted. This thing has got to be the biggest piece of junk i have ever purchased. I set it up as your supposed to created a steam account and bought/downloaded a few games. Every game failed to launch, there was no sojnd at all. The PC saod my headset was the i put and output in the settings bit i never heard anything frok my headset or monitor. My dad and brother both built computers and tried to help but this thing is beyomd help. I was so excited to finally get a pc only to have that experience absolutely ruined, probablyforever. 2nd time i get this pc in less than a month and 2nd time it gives me corrupted files then blue screen. Playing WZ game freezes sends me to BIO and gets on a loophole. Manually turn if off and on, i was able to reset it. Ran command prompted and it couldn't fixed corrupted files. Uninsralled WZ and tried installing again and game me blue screen. Its a good pc but this issue has to be fixed

For my first setup it runs quite well, now I don’t have any lagging games and it makes it much more easier for me to stream and it provides a faster way, without slowing down my process whenever I use AutoCad or Rhino to complete my homework.

Funny thing is is I bought one like 2 months ago, and it was already having problems then I just ended up returning it, then I bought this one and at first I kept on freezing in my Home Screen , it solved itself, now I can’t load into my pc at all so now I have to pay more to get it fixed, if you plan on buying a prebuilt DO NOT buy one from Best Buy, I’ve bought 2 pcs and both had problems within 1-3 weeks of purchase

Can't surf the web, let alone play any games. Constantly getting "The description for Event ID 14 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found" and the PC locks up. Troubleshooting for a few days now. I've already done a "clean" install of the video card drivers. I've swapped out my RAM recently with some upgraded RAM and now have to see how long it will work without the errors. Shouldn't have to spend money on top of what this cost to get it to work. Incredibly frustrating.

After a few weeks it started to blue screen and disk went to 100 percent after boot up and took awhile to go back down. The pc has also froze and crashed many times.

Graphic card started failing after a couple of days. I wanted to like this pc at this price but unfortunately am returning it.

I really liked the computer while it lasted. I'm sad to say that the whole thing started to deteriorate within a month. Upsetting really, I had to return it after the cash back refund expired and I'm not stuck with a massive store credit but it is what it is.

Launched steam and crashed and was not responsive, had to disconnect it from the main cable source. Plus when i returned the pc I wasn’t able to delete all my personal information from the pc due to crashing 10 secs in when I would log in, I just hope they do reset the pc and delete all my info. :(

It's amazing. Way cheaper with better components that other comparative brands plus I can tell it has quality hardware in it looking through the glass. I got this to be part of my Microsoft Flight Simulator rig and its very capable of running everything at ultra graphics. Love this thing! The lights are an added bonus. They are not distracting during gaming.

We bought this as a Christmas gift and it is not performing as we expect it has very poor resolution, My son thinks it is an issue with its drivers, We are planning to bring it to the store this week.

This PC lasted about 21 days and crash. Since i didnt get protection now best biy want to charge me for repair on a couple weeks old PC. I'll contact the manufacturer and see what happens.

This computer is absolute trash. Complete waste of time energy and money… Can’t ever seem to get tech support to help. I want my money back for this garbage pc.

incompatable with most games I play. It will not load or crashes with most games and the graphics are terrible.
