Bought less than a year ago and has always had issues, particularly with the power supply. It will shut down at random times, more often while gaming (which shouldn't be happening because it is what the PC is supposed to be built for and I don't even play games that demand a lot), but sometimes it will shut down just when using internet explorer and having a few tabs open. And it is completely arbitrary when it happens...sometimes I can go 6 hours uninterrupted on a game, but more often I can't use it for more than 60 seconds without it shutting down. And it will happen repeatedly, sometimes 5-10 times in a row. It used to shut off and turn right back on, but now it's gone to staying off for several minutes at a time or just staying off until I manually turn the rear power switch off and back on. I see other people reviewing this who claim to have no issues with this system and I don't understand because I have never not had an issue with it. For the amount that this PC costs, no one should be having to buy replacement parts within a year.

Bought and the cpu overheats and bestbuy does nothing for you its a wast of money

to be honest this is not a horrible computer but i have had many problems with booting and it hased crashed a lot I would also recommend getting a good anti vires

One word: Garbage Three Words: Do Not Buy One year in, the hard drive crashed, I had to take it in to get it replaced, even with Geek Protection, it still cost me over a hundred dollars, and I lost everything. The system is slow and unreliable. Poor workmanship, I can see why they dropped the price on this thing.

Unstable and unreliable machine. About a month after purchasing this machine I have had nothing but problems with it. Constant restarts, and random slow downs. When I play games I get a lot of stuttering. Customer service from iBuypower has been abysmal. I will never buy an IBP machine again.
