Great PC upgrade (I've been a Macintosh user for the last 20 years) Any PCs I've owned in that time frame have all been grossly outdated for any real game playing. This will help me scratch the itch I've had to play some newer games and will absolutely destroy everything that's in my vintage game backlog. Price was perfect without having to chase down every single component and put together myself in order to beat it. Pick up went smoothly even on what's traditionally the busiest shopping day and hell on customer service. I'd buy again in an instant.

I'd done a good deal of research prior to purchasing, but this is the first desktop PC I've bought. Reviews always make it tough to make a decision with the 1's vs. 5's, but I'm very happy to have gone with this PC so far. It's had no issues with playing any games I've played on it at 165 fps. Everything works as it should and I'm honestly amazed at how quiet it runs, even while gaming. I definitely think component wise this PC is a good value, especially if you catch it on sale. It came well packaged and very quickly. I would definitely recommend after my 2ish weeks of owning it.

Had this pc for 4 weeks, the first two weeks were great it was my first pc until I notice the cpu temps were spiking up by powering it on. Contacted ibuypower and they said I most likely received a faulty cpu cooler. They were sending me a new one but they took way too long so I got one myself, replaced cpu cooler myself and it started working again cool. Started enjoying it again until now it doesn’t even want to exit out on bios, it won’t boot up to windows 11. I tried looking at videos to see what I can do but nothing. Honestly don’t even waste your money on this, I regret buying from this company. It saddens me to write this review because I really just wanted to enjoy my pc and now I can’t.

I've been using for a week so far and it has been the best pc I've ever owned. everything I play can be at ultra graphic settings with zero lag. I would highly suggest this pc to others.

I first bought a competing (ABS) pre-built rig that arrived DOA. Found iBUYPOWER and just received a PERFECT and working computer. This thing is a beast!

Purchased a iBUYPOWER PC (TraceMR2040 Gaming Desktop) for my son. Was not sure what to expect as some of the specific Component brands were not listed, however I was pleasantly surprised by the equipment put in the PC. Only thing I would have changed would have been the Hard drive, which is a WD, as I prefer Samsung. Otherwise, the 3080 graphics card is a Asus brand and an MSI motherboard I like a lot. If you are unsure of the iBuypower brand - get over it and make the purchase, you will be happy! This machine is a beast.

Good for most but anyone trying to push their creative limits would be wise to go ahead and pony up for the better processor and graphics card.

I was skeptical to buy anything but another Alienware after my last one lasted 7 years with very few issues. so far this machine is extremely impressive. I can't get over how quiet it is. I am very pleased!

2 stars because the power supply unit failed after 3 weeks. I just ended replacing myself with high watt and better PSU. Other than that pretty decent PC.

So far so good, I do have 1 issue, when loading in a game the screen will turn green for a couple of seconds and then everything is fine! I hope the video card will last?

Built a pc around a 1080 card 6 years ago. It was time for an upgrade. Went with this pre built compared to building another one since at same price point of parts and shipping. I did switch out Memory to 32 GB and replaced the 1TB hard drive to a 2TB hard drive. Its a beast of a machine. It does exhaust alot of hot air (So be mindful of where placing PC) but keeps everything cool under load. While streaming Iracing CPU temps in the 45-60c range and GPU at a steady 55c. I am impressed and happy to finally have a 3080 card compared to my 1080!

Amazing gaming computer! Enabled me to play world of Warcraft on the highest level with ease! Great buy for any gamer not wanting to spend too much. Would definitely buy again!

Great pc! super quiet however the muskegon store really needs organized as this computer was in the wrong location so i ended up spending more for this model as the one i want was actually out of stock.

Bought this twice. First time, they shipped one with a cheap motherboard and was dead on arrival. Box torn up, However after re-ordering, I got a better motherboard and works. They seem to sometimes ship cheap parts, I assume to save money or due to stock reasons. To me, any pre-built is a small gamble, But for this price, especially on sale, I recommend it. 3080's under $2k are hard to come by, PS; Case looked ugly on site, but in person, very pretty.

I just purchased my first gaming PC and was nervous buying prebuilt as people say you don't always get the best parts. I received my PC from IBUYPOWER and every part was high end. Glad I chose them!

Good value out of the box, only immediate upgrade would be an extra 16gb of ram, but not necessary.

It's a little bit bigger than I expected, but a far better upgrade than my last PC. Now I can play with my friends with far more range of games without being limited to than before!!

Overall very happy with this prebuilt. Bought around black friday '22 for $1500, you'd be hard pressed to build a similar system for cheaper at that time. Worth mentioning that the RAM could use an update, and that these coolers tend to fail within a couple of years (neither is a very expensive fix). Only con for me is that the motherboard's mic input is very quiet, even when turned all the way up.

It’s a great pc fast quiet and a monster with 3080RTX for the price it’s a steal….. so smooth playing Warzone

I purchased this PC almost a year and it’s running like a champ. The graphics card does get hot so make sure the desktop is in a well ventilated area.
