Solid PC. I had only an issue with the original cheap SSD they installed.

Day 1 and it works great out of the box. I'm really impressed with this and I don't think I could have built it for less; awesome value. Easily plays Red Dead 2 on ultra settings @ 1044P. ASRock Z690 mobo Tuf 3080 gpu Forza SSD Apacer NOX RAM Minor issues: *ASRock update utility hung on updates. I gave it a good hour before rebooting. *Windows didn't activate right away. Clicked "Troubleshoot" and it activated in seconds.

I absolutely love this PC. It worked perfectly straight out of the box and had all of the specs I was looking for at an amazing price during the Black Friday sales. My only issue with this purchase is that the advertised mouse and keyboard were missing from my box. I contacted ibuypower and we communicated through email (I like to have everything in writing) which eventually resulted in a RMA being issued. That RMA has been sitting without any progress for about a month now. I don't want to have to continue begging them for these two items that should have been included with my purchase in the first place so I'm just going to let it go but this has left me a bit disappointed. Great PC but horrendous customer service so beware if you run into any problems with this computer.

Just got my new prebuilt gaming rig from ibp. So far it looks and works great. Very happy with the components used in my build. I think it’s a great value.

Great system so far, fast, esthetic, silent. I got it mostly for sim racing and it performs like a champ

Amazing computer with minimal sound. Was able to beta a game on full graphic settings and the system was nice and cool the entire time.

I had a bad experience with the first PC I ordered. It came with a bad GPU. Most likely due to UPS shipping. The second one Best Buy sent me came in and the LEDs weren’t working. I had to rewire it. But overall very happy with performance. Ibuypower support was amazing as well. Best Buy replaced the first PC in 3 days. I would recommend this build. For the price it’s worth it.

Good product. Very fast and good fps for gaming. Keyboard and mouse included which is a plus if you don't have your own. Don't like that they shipped the product with the gpu already installed. Could have ruined the Motherboard or worse. My case was also scratched and a bit damaged from the bottom and side but not a big deal for me.

Great pc for the price. Works flawlessly. No cooling issues. Run Warzone at 2k 165fps no problem.

This computer is a beast and worked great for just under a month, before the CPU cooler started making buzzing noises and the CPU temperature started going over 100C. It stopped working entirely after a few days. Seems to be a common problem with iBUYPOWER.

Got this for black friday on the recommendation of a friend, and finally set it up recently. Instructions were provided in the box for ease of use, foam packing was placed inside the computer to protect the inner workings, and the design of it is sleek, modern and colorful. Price was a good deal for what you're getting. First time diving into gaming PC - I'm happy I chose this

Just bout this as my first computer and couldn’t be more happy! This computer runs perfectly and Best Buy did not disappoint on price either.

The system is very solid. Good motherboard with an msi and a high quality video card from a leading manufacturer (can’t remember who right now, but one of the best). The cooling system is great along with the case. The ram and hdd are on the lower end, but easy and cheap to replace if I need to, no problems as of right now with either..I would buy again for sure..

Mine came with an ADATA NVME SSD which is known for failing so I replaced it with my own. Also the CPU cooler hoses were pressing against the ram. They put it together in a way that the it would be hard to upgrade the RAM. You'd have to remove and twist around the CPU cooler. Also the PSU is 750 watts. Which is the minimum needed for the system. But I'd suggest getting a 850 Watt PSU if you plan to upgrade the ram past 32 gigs or add anything that needs power. Other wise its an okay system. Just make sure to change out the ADAT NVME SSD with something more reliable. Also be very careful with the side glass panel. It broke in my hands.

Bought their Trace MR2040 for Black Friday and am thoroughly impressed with the choice of parts and build quality. Came securely packaged with no cords or parts out of place and no problems upon start up. It was a nice relief knowing that I did not miss out on anything if I were to build a PC myself. Can definitely recommend to others looking for a pre-built PC.
