overall a good pc worth the price happy camper here

The only “intake” is the very small air inlet in the front if the case. The fans are worthless bringing in no air and the aio just gets heat soaked by the temps as its the only exhaust

I always wanted to build my PC but never had the chance too. I came across ibuypower and they have a unbeatable deal for their prebuild pc. It saved me time and money and provide excellent customer service and warranty. I will definitely recommend getting prebuild pc from them.

So far the system as a whole great. I havent seen any flaws yet. Besides the case, and the only downfall is the front of it. Only a very slim slot of air to come through front face of PC case. But other than that, i haven’t came across any big flaws. Especially for the price.

Fans were bad out of the box. The top fans would randomly race at a supercharged speed, and the front fans would not even turn on a times. Took it back.

This pc is insane specially with a 3080 a definite must have the rgb is crazy it runs cool all the time haven’t had any problems with it I love it .. they should sell this with 32gb to make it perfect but either way you can upgrade the ram no problem other than that it’s amazing

I decided to take a shot on this prebuilt pc instead of building one this go around. So far I am impressed. Has plenty of opportunities to upgrade down the road. Only time will tell as to how it lasts but for the first 2 weeks its moving and grooving like it should be.

I love the pc but when i got it the first thing i do is get the new call of duty load it up and the cooling fan for the cpu is making a weird noise so im most likely gonna replace that overall the is awesome

Unboxed and working perfectly within 45 min. I had a small issue because it came with a Geforce card but AMD software was installed on the machine, so all I had to do is uninstall the AMD software and everything was perfect. definitely recommend.

Decent, for the times, price given the specs. It was for my son who is very vocal about the performance hiccups this tower experiences. Be aware, Best Buy, at least at the time we purchased this tower, offered competing warranty services. The warranty we purchased did not include "in-store" inspection, so the tower had to be sent to Southern California for a diagnostic. (So yes, we have had to return it for performance issues.) Had we purchased Best Buy's other service, they could have looked at it in our local store. I have no idea why they have these competing services and the sales person did not properly explain them.

I recently purchased this iBuyPower gaming PC and I have never been happier. I was upgrading from an Alienware (which is basically just a coffin) and I have noticed a significant difference. You get great specs for a decent price. Extremely happy with this PC.

CPU showed sighs of over heating within a few weeks, after a few more days it couldnt play a game without over heating within minutes.

Have had less than 30 days and cpu is constantly overheating missed the return window by 7 days wish I got a better model

The pc was packaged very well which is something I was worried about. Other than that it does everything I expected and more. Great pc for the money, but I will say the keyboard it comes with isn’t all that great. Overall very pleased with my purchase.

Very well built. Gets good air, the glass panel on the front seemed like it would be an issue but I saw the side vents, pretty smart. I would prefer some kind of handle on the top for carrying and would prefer a mid tower but this is good still.

The system itself seems fine but I am having many issues and the exchange process is less than ideal. There is a short somewhere on the motherboard so if I touch the case with any sort of static charge built up, it turns off. Also the case and CPU fans run erratically. Under no load at all they run at %100 and I couldn't set the speed in the bios, had to download the motherboard controller app. Lastly all the m.2 riser screws were missing so if I wasn't forced to return it due to the grounding issue, I would have had to buy those screws too. The exchange process is a bit of a mess too. I have to return the item first to BestBuy then wait over 2 weeks for the new PC to be shipped back to the store. Less than Ideal.

I got a traceMR with a 3080ti as a gift for myself for xmas. I got it on sale which was great. However, I had to return it 5 months later and use up my protection plan which was a waste of $350 at best buy and exchange it for store credit. I had to get the traceMR with a 3080 because the other model was no longer available so I ultimately downgraded and had to pay full price for a lesser model and also lost the money for the protection plan. Ibuypower offered to send out the part they thought was bad after I sent them the bad one which I had no idea how to do.

Great, fast computer with amazing graphics. Upgraded from a 10+ year old Lenovo that was running okay, but I wanted some more horsepower for heavy graphics load. Well, this has plenty of that. Great product!

I love this PC. But the fan on the heatsink rattles. It's not a huge deal and an easy inexpensive fix. But I could see it turning some customers away from the brand for quality.

Very Satisfied with this item, it was a gift for my son ..i highly recommend this item for anyone who is looking for a great gaming system...
