Over heating issues. Seems to be Ibuypower known issues. Best buy also wouldn’t take it back or fix it since it was 23 days old not 15. Last time I buy computer here.

I had the pc for 2 weeks and keep overheating and is out of the exchange period and was told nothing they csn do

Purchased this Pc 3-4 months ago had nothing but problems sense day one constantly freezing up dying until as of recent it blue screened and is not stuck in bios with no drive detected. I tried to get in touch with Best Buy to make a return or have it repaired and they wanted nothing to do with me and offered no way to help after driving all the way there with the pc after talking with customer service on the phone. Little to say I wish I never bought the pc and will probably never buy another or anything from this store because of this experience wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

Junk poor quality put together poorly we be better if the made sure all copenent work instead of filling the in side with styrofoam packaging

Unit had no power, light, anything. Exchanged for an0other model and it crashes. Better to do like me and get a refund and buy somewhere else.

Was an awesome computer, but less than 2 weeks had to take back because of a small issue. They would only take return because they didn't offer repair.

Had two of these and the hard drive started to fail within in a week. exchanged one for another and now i have the same issue returning again because of the same thing. everything else works amazng but the ss is complete garbage.

Motherboard is bad out of the box waiting on RMA from iBuyPower to replace

This thing worked good for about 1 month then completely sucked after always shutting down and giving me the BSOD

Bought brand new and the cpu cooler was messed up extremely loud and made an extremely loud clunking sound spend $2k on a pc and had to go buy a new expensive cooler right after it’s pathetic

Stopped working after 5 weeks and had to ship to manufacturer for repair while paying a hefty bill for shipping.

Power source died out 3 months after purchase, requires replacement.

CPU cooler came broken out of box and MFG said it would take 6-12 weeks to fix. It took me a day…

If I could give this product a half a star for wasting my time driving to the nearest Best Buy which is like an hour away… on top of that, it worked fine out the box, at least I thought so until I tried to play cyberpunk 2077, and Forza horizon five, and it would crash those games… on top of that I started to believe it was a BIOS issue because every time I plugged in the razor Naga classic mouse it would start randomly pressing buttons on the side of the Mouse. So I brought it back down to Best Buy they talked me into upgrading to even more expensive one that they insured wouldn’t do that. Low and behold The new one worked for a few days and after a few updates it started to do the same thing, so I finally gave up and returned the computer and had to wait a whole week to get my money back, but what they wouldn’t take back was the two monitors that I bought to go with it so now I’m stuck with them.

I bought it 2 of them, One of them is working but one of them is not. The problem is the image does not appear on the screen and there was scratch on the graphic card, Ireturned it and bought diffirent brand but i bought it with black friday deals so it was 1.5 k and i lost my deal. Dissapointed.

Computer crashed upon initial boot up. Had to return and go buy another brand elsewhere.

Really liked it but for some reason it won’t download stuff for me anymore
