Starting messing up the first day we had it. Went to a blue screen. Eventually it came on but now it doesn’t work at all. We are taking it back. Thank goodness we bought the warranty

One week in and it overheats. $2000 dollar paperweight.

I really enjoy this comouter definitely think it was worth the price when i bought it and the deals they have had are making it a better option than builing a PC which i even thought about doing myself and building almost a neck and neck pc would have cost me more acutally so i went ahead and picked this beast up. The fans do get a little noisy but they are nothing compared to my old build and of course the fans are going to run hard with the tyoe of hardware but what that said the temps do really well gaming and i run everything @1440p with ultra/ maxxed settings and thats even with the newer games like MW2 and 2042 and im getting over 100 fps and thats amazing. You can overclock the cpu whixh is awesome the only thinkg i can think of is more ram and another m.2. The 1TB M.2 is an amazing start as well ss the 16Gb if ram but with the newer games and the constant updates and large files i threw another M.2 in it and will be getting another 16 matching DIMMS (ram) for the 32 i feel it needs but overall the computer is a beast. The price ajd the hardware is definitely worth the time and money

Dog crap pc. I had one for 2 weeks and the hard drive took a crap on me. Got a new one same pc but a brand new one and I’m now two weeks in having yet again memory problems.

Great pc on paper and it’s awesome when it works. Plagued with issues from the start though. I’ve had every bsod you can imagine and it won’t even boot at this point. I expected the computer to run when I dropped almost 3 thousand dollars on it.

Kept tuning off and on. Couldnt fix it. Kept giving blue screens. Sadly i had to return it and am not willing to spend a few grand more on one. Im really disappointed because I finally had a pc with specs I wanted.

Owned it for 5 days before it melted down and fried the mother board. Thankfully it happened in the 2 week window that was open for outright returns. If you take a chance on it. Buy the 3 year warranty and play it hard the first 2 weeks.

After I bought, problems keep coming in three months and the support of this product is trash, the only way I can get help is to ship this to their factory in California, and I ask their staff about the problem, they also make wrong analysis. Do not buy this desktop!

PC kept freezing and was installed with new windows 11. Im guessing it was glitching because of that. PC would be slow and randomly shut down. -11/10 i threw my monet down the drain

Idk what the issue is exactly but mine worked well for a few weeks, then i heard a little buzzy sound, my game froze and my computer died. At least i was able to return it easily... We'll see if the next one they send me is worth anything.

Video card doesn,t work. Firs day of use and i only intalled a game. Once the game run my monitor went off and appear a mesage saing no signal. I restarted the computer hiting the power button and the signal never come back again. All the lights and fans seems to works.

The computer is very good but the manufacturer doesn't respond well to customer inquires.

Motherboard was toasted on arrival. Non functioning Bluetooth or wifi. Reinstalled necessary drivers still didn’t work. Going to exchange this and try again because the price to component ratio is too good but honestly I’m not holding my breath.

The computer seems like a good deal until its not working. I try to play any game basic games like fortnite and the game crashes after playing for a while. For no reason at all. after doing research turns out iBUYPOWER have poor quality control and the computers are bad.

If I can give a zero stars I would, worst pc I ever used constant and random blue screen crashes until eventually just full on failing to boot up only after a month and a half of use.

Had the computer for less than 12 hours, Started playing MW2 heard a loud pop and now I have a paper weight.

Had the computer for Two months and rechecked a fatal error. Up until a week ago it was working fine. For the last week it would constantly freeze and ran worse than a 15 year old computer. Disk drive was failing and seems as though something else failed as well.

I would give this 0 stars, if it would let me. Bought one, and the video card was dead. Returned it for an exchange. Brought that one hoke, and the video card died in about 10 minutes. BEWARE the green glitches wt Ith IBP garbage PC's.

The wifi speeds i get on this pc are horrendous. On my old pc i would get 600 mbps upload, but on this i am only getting 40 mbps max. Overall i wouldnt recommend.
